The hotel was amazing the room we had was brilliant all clean tidy cleaned everyday we had a balcony which was clean to
We went all inclusive but if we went back again we would go self catering or room only
Going for food even being the first there the food was lluke warm and times even cold
They didn't cater much for the English apart from chips
We ended up eating out most of the time

Wouldn't help with compensation had bad experience with hotel no contact from exclusive had to do all the chasing to fulfil my 5 day 1st holiday in tenerife even spent 400 for last 3 days for new hotel not a penny back rooms were run down,matresses horrid springs coming out food good

We booked a week over Christmas, all inclusive. I paid in full and this week checked my flight booking on Ryanair's website.
We were supposed to fly on a Thursday from Newcastle, but Ryanair don't fly from there on Thursday, it's a Saturday...
I checked and my booking was 2 days later than my paperwork.
I rang Exclusive Trips customer service who said they would look into it for us.
They rang back saying that they wanted another £700 to change the hotel dates to which I quickly declined!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I gave 0ne star but it should be minus one...

Need more information on accommodation and food at castellio Beach bungalows

Booked a 10 night holiday in Benidorm with Exclusive Trips. Supposed to be dropped off and picked up outside our apartment but that didn't happen. When we got there there was no one to let us in. No reception area and no advice on accommodation voucher. After 20 mins a resident appeared and informed us that need to go to another hotel, which was a good walk away to pick up keys etc. In the flat there was no kettle, toaster, iron...something we felt was necessary for self catering. There was a pool but no chairs or loungers for sitting on. No one was allowed to use blow up beds or pool noodles. Towels only on the concrete.
2 sets of keys but only one set could open the external gates. No air con but we had a balcony and on the plus side we had clean white sheets and towels. It was a very basic apartment but would have been acceptable with basic amenities.
We were supposed to receive a text on confirmation of pick up...didn't get that either.
I have complained during the holiday to the company so they are well aware of my issues with them. Won't be using them again.

Ive used exclusive trips on a number of occasions and always found the service professional and any issues addressed promptly, my only negative is the representative use a fake name instead of their own

This hotel supposed to be 5 star nowhere near ...3 star at the most.food wasn't good ,no shops ,no site seeing in middle of nowhere, to far from beach...would never go there again...not good experience...

Was really easy to book the holiday I've not yet been on the holiday yet but was really good to book

My overall experience was really went well until the final day. The schedule vip shuttle return to the airport did not show up as scheduled. With children and elderly person I have gone through stressful time until I arranged local taxi to the airport early morning 2am. I really appreciate they took this consideration and organise accordingly.

Spoke with John who was very professional, calm and explained every step on booking my holiday.
If using ask for John…!!!
