Great service from representative. Very efficient and knowledgeable

This is my second time booking with John and he never disappoints. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and helpful. John takes the stress out of booking a holiday. He listens to what you want and need and with a click of the button he makes it all happen. Fantastic customer service each time. Thanks again John

Was really lovely talking to Angel I was worried about a few things (airport/transfers) plus if the entertainment would be still on in October and she really put my mind at ease, was very kind, polite & extremely patient, she talked through all my concerns in great detail & really made my Mum also feel confident that we had chosen the best hotel to accommodate all our requirements.

Big thanks kindly to Angel, we are happy to recommend to friends & would book with you again in the future.

My experiane with booking on this site was great only issue I had was our transfare didn't collect us from the airport we stood waiting for 2 hrs and stood at the exact spot that was detailed on our booking form so ended up getting a taxi to hotel yourselfs and in uppon reporting it was asked for receipt of taxi which I didn't think of getting we where just glad to be at our hotel and as I stated to them they where bound to know them self's they didn't do the pickup. Still waiting on an outcome as it was money paid but didn't receive the service

Exclusive Trips live up to what was expected but now we have returned, a bit more advise would have been good, for example;
Coach transfer goes through back roads and is rather bumpy and takes half the time if taking a taxi.
Hotel we booked, no other English people, just a few would have been nice as we were unable to talk to anyone except some of the staff.
But, saying that, would use again.

John was absolutely fantastic from start time finish. I would not go anywhere else foe my holidays. He took all the stress away.

The staff are so helpful!
Although we were booking very close to the date of departure we were offered excellent flight times with Thompson. The staff were knowledgeable about Majorca and found us a wonderful small hotel where we had the most restful holiday possible. We were able to book a private taxi between the airport and hotel which provided the best service we have ever experienced.

Booked this holiday 3 weeks ago to Turkey for myself and my 4 year old daughter and paid full amount over the phone on my bank card, I was speaking to a foreigner,, whom I could hardly understand,!
The next day I phoned to say I need to cancel my daughters booking as her father will not authorise her to leave the country,!
I was informed I could not have any kind of refund,
BUT someone could take her place, BUT the flight company Coridon Airlines do not change a name to another person,, so if I want someone else to go with me the new person would have to book their own flight for another day ???.
Never heard so much rubbish,!
I was never informed of any of this, This company said they had told me I can't get a refund over the phone?
Which is rubbish also I had not even received my contract at this time or confirmation of this booking
I am taking this to ABTA
As this holiday for 7 days has cost me over £1095 for just myself,in the meantime I went to fly out today without cancelling trip
Told flight company I was now travelling on my own ,but still want the seat that was for my daughter, after all I've paid for it, the man said probley not when I got on the flight they had given it to someone else, so that seat had been sold twice,
The worse bit is the man was very large and took over half of my seat so I was completely sqashed up against
The window and I complained to the hostesses, I will never use this company again as they chose this terrible flight company ,and that's say nothing about the basic hotel which is marked up as 4 *
I paid less through another agent on line and had a luxurious hotel and could not fault it. Just afew weeks ago...
And had a great time, hence wanting to go back to Turkey,
Only to waste all my money that I saved up for this holiday,
