Great customer service from Aaron from start to booking

Lovely to actually speak to a human, so I can ask all I need to know, and it was explained very well.

Booked an 8day holiday in Turkey. Kayamaris Hotel in Marmaris was a beautiful place. Clean,tidy with lovely staff. It was all sorted for us. Flights, hotel accommodation and transfers. The price was very reasonable. I can only thank the company for a very professional service, and wouldn't hesitate to use Exclusivetrips again.

Please do not book with this company absolutely rip off merchants fo not tell u uhave to walk a mile and a half to.pick up keys for your apartment a d that apartment charges you£150 deposit Rob who has a Pakistan.accent blessed donotbook scam company oh and sunbeds round pool £3 each wasn't told that either.....I will be taking it further wen I get home .....

Absolutely gobsmacked.

We booked the trip pre covid and finally got out to Salou in a hotel that we settled for as we was fed up of arguing with exclusive as they don’t understand your concerns.

We finally got here and was put on a transfer bus that didn’t know where he was going so we had 5 trips around Barcelona before we actually got the correct road. This in turn made us late to the hotel so there was no food so we hadn’t eaten for nearly 20 hours till breakfast was served.

The hotel we are in was meant to be all inclusive and there is no food option for kids so we have to buy there food costing 30 euros a day.

The place and staff are so nice but they said what we have paid is 400 more than what we should have so I feel exclusive have pocketed this

My advice don’t book thru this company as they don’t have a complaints team it’s just one of the guys in the office that does it.

Asked for price on cheeky trips was told it was live price, but after telling them what I wanted when and a balcony everything was arranged inuding baggage and transfers at a good price, be t over backwards to get me what I wanted at a good price, recommend.

Good holiday finders, however once I called the original price doubled to include flights, transfers and luggage (as expected) and then once I booked and a deposit was taken I was then informed an extra £200 would be added for fees, not the best because I’d rather have known that before I payed but other than that everything was fine.

As with many online travel sites the price displayed is never the actual cost. Having said that customer service was excellent and were able to offer 'deals' and reduce cost/change flight times/luggage/transfers etc. Clear instructions/holiday info emailed thru within minutes and follow up phone calls. Competitive and will definitely use again.

Thank you to excel for getting my cancelled flights a last after 3 cancelled trips due to covid I have been kept informed throughout this time and disappointing reviews from some some people I have nothing but good things to say about the company especially reo who's been dealing with holiday so keep it up guys and I hope to book with you again

I booked a holiday to Spain with John and he is excellent to deal with . Told me everything I needed to know about the holiday and will do boarding passes etc for . John is very professional at his job

If I could I would give this company -5 stars!! We spent over £1000 on a week's holiday in Cyprus in March 2020 but as the Cypriot government brought in compulsory quarantine for new arrivals the day before we were due to depart we obviously decided not to travel. Exclusive told us we could have travelled if we wanted to and the plane set off without us but why would we want to be locked in a government establishment for 2 weeks especially considering I only had a week off work! Even if I accept I have lost the air fare I can't accept that I should have lost the hotel payment because when I spoke to the hotel they said they haven't received any money. Then who has got my money? I want it back! I'm a pensioner and I can't afford to lose money like that. Steer clear of this outfit!

I booked a holiday with this company, I tried to stop the initial booking, to be told "too late!!" We have taken the money from your bank!
We payed the balance on time,as we didnt have any other choice then covid struck! I was told if anything happened I would be entitled to a refund, not so!
I changed the hotel and dates too, lost a night and had to give them an extra £200!??
I then emailed them to say the hotel that they booked us in with, was not opening until the 24th June! I asked for a refund, to be told "You cant have one, the flights are still active!" My response "What do you expect me to do when reaching Tenerife sleep on a bench by the beach?" Who in their right mind would get on flights with nowhere to stay?? Their response "We will speak to the suppliers to see if there is another hotel!"
I also explained that we are not under Boris Johnsons rules, we are Wales our minister hasn't permitted foreign travel, so that is out of my hands, its law! Their response"Not our problem!"
I am still no wiser about anything!! Customer service is diabolical!! They talk over you, and get irate if you try to put your opinion across! If I had known about these reviews earlier, I would NEVER have booked a holiday with them, I dont know how they sleep at night!! I have been poorly with all the stress of it! I have decided to approach my bank and the travel ombudsman! I cant afford to loose that kind of money! All in all the holiday has worked out to be the most expensive holiday I have ever booked! They shouldn't be trading!

I wouldn't even give a star but had to!
Tried to charge extra on booking, Charged extra when flights cancelled and had to change airport! Changed airport again for cheaper flights but no refund? Apparently HOTEL price increased?? HOTEL WAS CANCELLED 3 WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL YET LET US ARRIVE ON THE DAY TO BE TURNED AWAY!!!! Also downgraded hotel but again no refund. Nothing but poor excuses and had to contact ABTA on return as kept getting told give us longer to look into. 6 months down the line i got a small refund as would not drop this, however cost me over £600 from initial booking to get poor flights from a different airport and a cheaper hotel. Unfortunately people will book before seeing reviews as i did but if you do get chance to read the reviews before please pay a bit extra and use another provider as cost me way more than the most expensive provider in the end EVEN with the small refund i got after months of calls and emails. AVOID !!!! i should have realised after giving my card details they added a £20 booking fee per person!

We booked our holiday to Egypt for a fantastic price and were really looking forward to it- however covid happened.
Exclusive trips were great with their communication and despite explaining that we would need to wait up to 120 day’s for our refunds- this was actioned and received much sooner.
Highly recommend and will be rebooking with them once things have normalised.

Booking a holiday with Exclusive trips to when I changed my mind and opted for a different hotel including changes to the flight times, the staff were very professional and competent.
