We used exclusive trip last year we find them value for money . Very helpful on customer service we would and have recommended them .

I used them last year and everything was great. Spoke to Abraham again this year, excellent service and great price as always.

I spoke with Abraham and Rob, I cannot fault either of them for their help. Abraham was very professional and managed to arrange everything for our holiday, including disability access. Our confirmation email came through less than an hour after booking. Very professional and we will happily book through them again

Just booked a holiday for 2023, John was so helpful. Very patient with me and my different demands. So far can’t fault this company. Looking forward to our family holiday next year 😃

We booked an all inclusive stay in the Epic Hotel,Marmaris. The room and food was atrocious and you had to chase after staff to get a drink. The manager didn't really seen to care if you had issues,stating if you don't like it here,then ask your rep to move you. We had arrived at 6pm, and had to get moved from a fusty damp smelling room on the 2nd floor with 2 small single beds to a tiny room on the 3rd floor with a double bed which had been requested when booking. A tiny built in wardrobe with no hangers,and no storage for your case except on top of the small vanity table. Toilet had no notice tape to state that it had been sanitised and no glasses for teeth cleaning. We waited until the following day and told the rep"Ibrahim" to have us moved asap because the hotel was terrible. It doesnt really cater for U.K. guests as witnessed by the type food provided,and this was usually buffet style and luke warm. Breakfast is usual turkish food as is dinner served in the dining room. The so called lunch is at the pool bar,and consists of burgers,chips,fried eggs etc.
We waited on the rep getting back to us all day but no contact. We tried ringing an "inresort" helpline provided by the booking agents,which put us through to someone in United Arab Emirates. The call took 3 minutes and cost £12,with the call getting disconnected. I text the rep and he stated he was waiting on his manager getting back to us about moving,and he couldn't do anything as his manager had to sort everything out. As it was getting late,we waited until the next day and began emailing Exclusive Trips of our plight. They were very courteous,understanding and helpful and after emails to and fro,we got moved to another hotel called Sun & Fun Voxx Resort which was really nice. Food,Staff and room was a breath of fresh air and we enjoyed remainder of our holiday. We would highly recommend booking with Exclusive Trips, as their response and customer service was excellent. However the rep was no great help,blaming his manager for not resolving our issue from the start. Thank You Exclusive Trips and Fun &Sun hotel for looking after us. No thanks whatsoever to Epic Hotel or "Ibrahim" the rep.

NEVER go with this company for a holiday. They took my last payment and seemingly lost it £1982. I have a receipt saying my holiday was paid in full. I'm constantly being harassed by them. Waiting on their legal team to contact me since 16th Aug. Been told today, they don't have one. They've constantly said, the bank as stole my money, then my husband stole my money, to back to the bank. I've had the bank call them, and they are denying it. Today I told them I called the hotel, to no bookings on my name, or there name, plus there is no booking for a party of 8. Exclusive trips have now said the hotel is lying. So moral of the story, myself, husband, bank and hotel are ALL LYING, but they are not. Its only ever ROB OR RIO. That answers. Please share, wouldn't want anyone else caught out with them.

hotel was not great at all. no choices for vegetarian food. Even though we had all inclusive we had to eat outside everyday as there were no option for vegetarian. Room were dirty and things were broken. Had to change room twice. I would never recomend to buy any holidays through exclusive trips. They give fake info to sell holidays.

From booking the holiday with you the hotel is just a 3 star the food was not up to standard I would tell people not to go to but from your part you should know the hotel is 3 star the booking with your rep’s was ok thay don’t know what the problem was

Do not use this company, watch out for suspicious calls a couple of months after your holiday.

Having to go to trading standards for my money back. Never go with this company,. They've lost £1982, of my money. Had to send bank statements, to prove it's been paid. Even got the bank, to call them and they STILL say they haven't had the money. Joke if a company,. They NEVER call back. NEVER RECORDS they're calls. I'm sick of calling them.

We booked our holiday in March 2020 with this company and it’s been an absolute nightmare. We had issues checking in as they didn’t give us the email address in which to try and check in with so we had to pay an extra £200 to be able to check-in. We were sold this holiday with an upgrade due to the fact that the hotel rooms without an upgrade or below standard once we got to the destination we were told there was no upgrade on the paperwork so we were given really bad rooms. when I contacted Exclusive Trips they informed me there must’ve been a mistake and they gave me £127 back and we had to continue our holiday in these disgusting rooms. I have sometimes two holidays a year and I don’t have any issues with other travel companies I would not ever go with this company again it has been the most stressful holiday we have ever been on so if you want to do yourself a favour avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

Very Happy with most of the process, the only issue was the transfer to the hotel on the outward bound trip, given the wrong bus number so wandered around the car park for half an hour looking for a bus that didn’t exist. Even when we eventually found the correct one we waited an hour and a half for other passengers to arrive so got to hotel over 2 hours late.

We have had a great holiday. Great communication from exclusive trip . I will be booking with these again for a good cheap and cheerful hoilday .

Do not go with them they rip you off add extra costs on what you have paid and charge ridiculous fees for cancellation when you say you do not want to go with them. When shown evidence they have broken their contract and the unfair terms law, they just argue with you refusing to pay and accept no liability.
