We received the order for my dad’s supply but not at our house. It was delivered to the next door neighbors beach house. Thankfully my husband saw a package on their porch and knowing that no one has been there in quite awhile, went to put it up for them and saw my name on the package. We were down to our last two stoma caps so I’m thankful for my husband having a caring heart.

We've used this type of urinal before, but this one is built so well! No leaks at all, even when it gets knocked over. Super easy to keep clean and use—definitely recommend!

I ordered three boxes with 100 saline vials per box. It was about $15 per box. It was converted to three vials at $10 per vial. When I called to complain, the woman knew exactly what I was talking about making me think that it happens quite frequently. She told me I could return it with a 25% restocking fee and no refund on the roughly 8 dollar shipping fee. No doubt at all in my mind that this is a scam that they are very aware of.

I relied on Express pre pandemic for my Nexcare tape but Biden mucked up the chain supply situation like no President had done before and I was forced to try to find my tape elsewhere. I just ordered a case and recvd it 3 days EARLY🧡 Express has a nearly perfect track record with me and I brag on them to anyone interested. I’ve tried many medical supplies companies and find none superior to Express😎🇺🇸Thank you wonderful Express Medical Supplies company for making my life a tad better😇
Charged my credit card $412.00 for a Roho seat cushion that was back ordered. The product was never shipped. I was told the authorization on the credit card would drop off and I would not be charged. It seems like their own policies don't work. I've tried to get them to return my money but they give me the run around. Save yourself a headache and loss of money. There are plenty of other medical supply companies.
Don't trust these people to take care of your child's transportation. Their drivers are unskilled, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They were often late and never apologized for it. My child was not comfortable on the journey. It was awful!
As a parent, I would avoid trusting them in the future. Their poor performance is becoming worst with time. It was terrible. BEWARE!

I have received 2 defective medical devices from separate orders from Express Medical Supply. I did not address the first defective item, but I contacted Express Medical Supply the second time I received a defective item. I never heard back from them, so I called them today. I find the customer service experience lacking. I was told they don't deal with complaints about defective products and that I have to contact the manufacturer. If you sell a defective product you should address the customer concern directly, and you can contact your supplier, but customers shouldn't have to be inconvenienced in this way. Poor customer service.
THE WORSEST EXPIERENCE EVER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DIDN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTION. ANYTHING YOU ASK- THEY DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER. AFTER FEW CALLS THEY CANCELLED MY CALLS SO I COULDN'T GET TRUE. THE GIRL LILU OR LILA(ASIAN WOMEN) SO UNPROFESSIONAL JUST HANGED UP THE PHONE. PROMISED THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY TEST RESULTS BEFORE TRAVEL-BY 28TH OF OCTOBER. RECEIVED NOTHING! HOW YOU SUPPOSED TO STOP COROVA VIRUS WITHOUT PEOPLE KNOWING THEY CLEAR TO GO OR THAY HAVE TO ISSOLATE?! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. THE ONLY WORD I CAN USE FOR THIS COMPANY- UNPROFESSIONAL! CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS MUST BE IMPROVED.

The site was incorrect in stating that I would receive 2 bags of 28 Depend Real Fits, when I called customer service they advised that marketing neglected to change the description. I told her I wanted to return since the price for 28 was the same price as other websites sell the packs of 56. I was further told that I would have to pay for the return shipping. She said it was the manufacturer and marketing fault they didn't change description.
Prompt delivery. Leg bags exactly as described and pictured on web site. This product is far superior to others I have worn.

Your internet did not work when I tried to order.I called to order and made5 attempts to reset password at behest of associate there, to no avail. Associate seemed angry, unfriendly when finally ordering over the phone, but did not get a shipping notice that the medical products were shipped,,,tried to log in again today, Could not, and still could not change password or put a new one in,,,,your new interet service is awful. for some reason the payment just hit mg bank today,,,,makes no sens,,,that was several days ago,,,so likely they have not been shipped,,,,not happy with the drop from extra ordinary service and ease of internet for over 10 years to a zero on service

Ordered 5 boxes of hollister 7700 skin barriers.
Shipping was delayed, but I wouldn’t hold it against the company. However, the top side of most the barriers had no tackiness to them and are so smooth that my appliance that goes over them will not stick to them at all.
Out of 25 I pulled out 4 that were normal and useable.

I was always able to get what I needed to order and be done. I wasn't able to log in with a new password as required by this site. So I finally had to use my husbands email to complete my order.
