Top draw, Ricardo in particular was excellent. Ordered seats and seat belts, initial advised timeframe for delivery made things tight for me and a planned excursion. I got in touch with Ricardo who went out of his way and knocked two weeks off the original schedule. Communication and customer service was exemplary throughout, highly recommend

Good Morning Carlo,
We do advise in our terms and conditions that there may be a lead time on our products as we are a manufacturing base. Our customers are required to tick a box to confirm these have been read before an order can be placed. Your order was dispatched within 15 days of it being processed which was well within the lead time originally advised. We did respond when you contacted us regarding your delivery address and confirmed that the one provided was the one currently on our system. Our aim is to provide you with the best service.

Not recommended. Poor communication and service.
This is my first experience of using Exmoor Trim after years of owning Land Rovers, and I have not been impressed. I would not recommend them. I ordered a set of new seats 6 weeks ago, and no contact or reply from emails. After a phone call I was given some confusing excuse about wood supplier and manufacture and production. I cannot understand how this company has survived with such poor communication and service.

I am sorry that you have had cause to complain about the service you have received from us.
I would like to first of all apologise that you were not kept up to date with the progression of your order and your emails were not responded to. The information given to you was correct that we were let down with the delivery of a component to help make the seats.

Very poor administration and in need of…
Very poor administration and in need of a good office manager.
4 to 6 weeks to make it after taking the money immediately. That I accepted.
It was then dispatched and sent by courier having heard absolutely nothing from them at all.
Obviously the administration side of the company, doesn't not have the ability or the foresight to inform the customer that the item, will shortly be in production and will be ready in the near future, to be dispatched.
The item received was outstanding although perhaps a little expensive

On the day our orders are dispatched we do email an invoice to our customers to confirm the goods are on their way. DPD will also contact customers to advise of a delivery from us. Customers are always welcome to contact us for updates on their orders at any time.
