Excellent service from one of my favorite Land Rover parts companies. Have supplied me with many Land Rover seats and Canvas hoods over the years..... they even got Grandad out of retirement to make me a truck cab style hood for my 1949 Series one many years ago! The new PVC Puma Defender range is superb, the 90 has had many compliments since the new hood has been installed.

Got some inward facing seats for the back of my 90, I have to say, they are top quality and were easy to fit; as a bonus, although they are made to order, they came far earlier than anticipated. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Excellent service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I bought a new tilt for my 88 Landy which turned up promptly and well packaged. It is very well made and I’m very pleased with it, thank you Exmoortrim.

Was let down by another supplier so turned to Exmoor Trim for help. They pulled out all the stops to get an almost complete interior delivered in record time. Outstanding!

Ordered mats for a SII in October and you still cant tell me when they'll be delivered. I have to chase you for updates. If you're going to state on your website that you're "known globally for quality and service" you should live up to it.

My first buy at ET was only a coffee mug for my best mate and Landy co-owner. Can’t wait to get some fine seats from you (and spill the coffee on).

Ordered Christmas present 10 weeks before Christmas and was assured it would be delivered, only to receive email saying it would be in 2020. Helpfully sorted out, only to be delivered to my home address instead of work, despite Exmoor Trim apparently not having my home address on file. Packaging clearly stated what the item was and helpfully signed for by my husband (present recipient).

Having said all this, the item is top notch. Service needs to match quality of item.

Never again! I purchased a radiator muff for my Land Rover Wolf and after it arrived, following a delay (seems they had to produce one especially for me), found that it did not fit, It was too short, too narrow and the holes for the bonnet release and fastenings were all in the wrong location. It would not have been possible to alter it due to the muff being generally too small. I told Exmoor Trim of the problem, supplying many measurements and pictures, and they said it must be a problem with my car (direct from MoD and unaltered from production spec.) as their template was correct. They told me that as it was not faulty I would have to pay for its return. This was several days after being told that they would arrange for it to be picked up. As the muff was not fit for purpose I would consider that it was, in fact, 'faulty'. I did mention that their decision would result in a very poor review and was told 'Ok'. So here it is. How can I possibly recommend this company to others?

Customer service is no good. I dealt with Ricardo from exmoor. Paid for the shipping (as I had to wait for a quote via email because I live in Australia) as fast and swiftly as possible. Only to be told it was going to take 4-6weeks to receive my order. I’d asked for fast tracking options and offered to pay more, but barely got any replies. Had no answers to questions I had asked and only given excuses. At the end of it, I was told it would be dispatched today (4 days after order was placed) which seemed about right and was told it would normally take a week. Let’s see if it takes a week.... :/ End of the day, I would’ve appreciated my questions answered & better communication, not take my money and reply whenever suits. And get told to refer to websites and policies. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from Australia. Customer service is a not good. Shipping cost more than what I paid for. Good way to spend $1200 ausd

Quick to take your money. take forever to deliver. i will never use exmoor trim. There is no craftsman ship in there products, its all poor quality.

the site is very good, to improve it would require a possible choice of language such as French for example.

Probably the worst company, I have ever dealt with. Took the money no problems and the promise of goods within 30 days, then failed to deliver order for a further 11 weeks. When you contact them, its always the suppliers fault, it just varies which supplier they chose on the day. As a small business, I'll never use them again, I would rather pay more money to someone else. They just wont give you a straight and honest answer.

I had some bespoke Puma seats made earlier in the year. The service was fantastic and choosing swatches and stitch combos was very exciting. I took the opportunity to replace the second row and load area seating along with a full carpet set. All excellent quality items that fit beautifully. Thank you.

schnell und zuverlässig geliefert, Super Qualität bekommt man in Europa nicht, sehr sehr schade, dass Großbritannien Europa verlassen wird, ich werde trotzdem weiterhin bei Exmoor Trim einkaufen!
Delivered quickly and reliably, you will not get super quality in Europe, it is a pity that Britain will leave Europe, but I will continue to shop at Exmoor Trim!
