Nutzen gegen Null, dafÌr stÀndig Mails und Werbung, ohne dass man das abstellen kann. Einzige Möglichkeit ist hier nur Account komplett löschen und auf die Spam-Liste packen.

They charged for a service not provided

They charged for a service not provided. It is totally unfair!
I didn't cancel before the auto-renewal but it wasn't charged as my balance in that account was low. Immediately they unsubscribed me and, even doing that they invoiced me the month without providing the service.

Greedy company

Greedy company. I was notified of my automatic enrollment Into the premium membership, after a trial period. An hour after the notification I emailed support stating I did not want this. The company will not refund me. Extremely greedy. I didn't use the service and after multiple attempts explain the company notified me I will not be getting a refund for a product that I didn’t use, nor is it effective. The company will respond to this review stating that it has done nothing wrong and the notifications are clearly stated. The issue is they are getting $40 from people who don’t want their service. If their product was as effective as their employees were greedy, there would be no reviews in this section.

thank you for your feedback. We regret your negative feedback, but we can confirm that automatic renewal is standard practice and that we naturally point this out during the conclusion process. You had the opportunity to thoroughly test our service at very low conditions and also had the possibility to cancel until the last day. After that, however, automatic renewal is practice and is done this way by online services nowadays.

Bad Company bordering on Fraudulent billing

STAY AWAY....Truly a poorly run company that does not care about any custemer service or opinion based on their response to a customer request. STAY AWAY and do not sign up for any subscription or service as they will continue to bill you without your authorization and then tell you "too bad its been billed".

Every customer is informed about the subscription model during the sign-up proces. This information is clearly displayed next to the price plan that the user chooses.

Cancellations can be submitted per email or directly under your Account even one day before the renewal. It is very flexible and has no deadlines, you can even cancel right after subscribing and it will be taken into consideration by the end of the acquired period.

Me han estafado

Me han estafado. Contraté un único servicio de tres meses y a su finalización, sin avisar, me volvieron a cargar tres meses mas que no había solicitado, ni autorizado, aprovechando que les había facilitado mis datos de pago. Presenté una reclamación y ni siquiera me han contestado. Si no fuera porque me va acostar mas el collar que el perro, les planteaba una denuncia. Por lo que respecta al servicio que dan, es toda una falsa. Aprovecha a ver tus preferencias de búsqueda y te hacen creer que tienen cientos de ofertas que se adecuan a lo que buscas y al final nada de nada. Solo te ofrecen las mismas ofertas que hay en la red de acceso libre. Son unos sinvergÌenzas que me gustaría echármelos a la cara.

Lamentamos que el servicio que ofrece Experteer no haya logrado cumplir con sus expectativas.

Son varios los factores que influyen en que un perfil sea atractivo y encontrado por los headhunters.
Además de los aspectos profesionales, la educación y la experiencia, la demanda del mercado laboral es el factor más decisivo para que un perfil sea más o menos demandado o para poder encontrar las ofertas adecuadas.

Por otro lado, las informaciones que aparecen al momento de adquirir la subscripción Premium son muy claras. Incluso, la cancelación de una subscripción Premium en Experteer es posible en cualquier momento y hasta el último día de cada período sin tener que cumplir con un plazo de preaviso.

Tampoco se exige al usuario tener que esperar hasta el último día de un período vigente, ya que se puede cancelar incluso inmediatamente luego de haber contratado el servicio, desactivando así la renovación del servicio si no se desea.

rÃŒckwirkende KÃŒndigung

Bei meiner KÃŒndigung lief irgendetwas schief. Experteer hatte sie nicht erhalten und ich habe nach einiger Zeit eine Zahlungserinnerung erhalten, da mein Zahlungsmittel nicht mehr aktuell war. ICh habe es nciht weiter beachtet, da ich ja gekÃŒnigt hatte.
Dann kamen aber immer wieder Zahlungserinnerungen und Mahnungen. NAch RÌcksprache mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir jetzt bestÀtigt, dass sie meine KÌndigung nie erhalten haben, Experteer hat mir aber kulanterweise eine rÌckwirkende KÌndigung anerkannt und somit musste ich keine weiteren GebÌhren bezahlen.

Schnelle Hilfe!

Leider habe ich letztes Jahr meine Mitgliedschaft gekÃŒndigt und da ich nicht ganz verstanden habe, wie es funktioniert, habe ich offenbar vergessen, „KÃŒndigung bestÀtigen“ anzugeben... auf diese Weise musste ich die VertragsverlÀngerung noch zweimal bezahlen. Nachdem ich die Situation erklÀrt hatte, war Herr Nicolas Vogtland so freundlich, die Situation schnell und unerwartet zu meinen Gunsten zu lösen!

Read this on how to get your money back if you have also been scammed by this company

I believe that this company scammed me out of money. I think that once they get hold of your credit card details they will keep taking your money. For me, they have been doing it annually - probably hoping I wouldn’t notice- and I didn’t when they did it last year!! However, I have now reported them to the action fraud team in UK, where the national fraud police specialists will investigate them further.

My bank advised me that If anyone falls victim to them to raise a dispute with their bank to get a refund. I have been advised that the more disputes against a company, the more chance banks and credit card companies will stop working with them. Make sure you raise a dispute with your bank if they have taken money from you without your agreement. Check your past statements to see if they have taken any money too. However, don’t just rely on your bank searching against one code they have used as they use different codes to take payments, as banks search against codes used, not company names. Look for their name on your statements. Also, they may look like they are supportive by giving a refund when an account is cancelled by some customers but they will probably take money without your agreement at a later date, and will likely do this more than once. hoping you don’t notice. This is my experience of them. Do not trust them.

Even if you do have a subscription with them (which I didn’t as I had cancelled the membership straight away over two years ago (2021) once I felt there was no value to the service for me, yet they took money out of my account in March 2022 and in May 2023?!) in the UK, and I would imagine most countries, consumers still have to be informed of when renewals are due, so they can cancel if they want, regardless of what Experteer might say on their website,

In the UK, a company has to actually proactively SEND a reminder with terms and conditions to the consumer to ensure that a satisfactory attempt has been made to inform the consumer of the renewal. Allegedly adding a reminder to the service portal of the company, which is what Experteer claims to do, is NOT a satisfactory attempt at advising consumers, as this relies on people using the site on a regular basis, which they might not be doing, and in which case, would be even more likely to want to know about a renewal to enable cancellation.

Therefore, a renewal notice should be independent of the online service in question to ensure consumers receive the communication and have time to make an informed decision on continuing the service. It could be argued that anything other than this level of renewal notice is purely an attempt to manipulate and mislead consumers into keeping the service regardless of their wishes.

The UK also has a 14 days cooling off period for each online renewal as if it were a new subscription.

Even though I had cancelled my account a year earlier, money was taken from my account in March 2022, with no notification at all and they tried again this year, where I was only sent “payment reminders” because they struggled to take my money but they, unfortunately, managed to in the end. I had not had any notification of renewal being due or a receipt for the money they took, as you would expect if you did actually have an account with them. When I told them I didn’t want to pay anything because I had cancelled the account in the past, I was told that I had to prove I had cancelled it otherwise I owed them money for my March - Sept 2023 subscription and they would cancel from Oct 2023!! Even though I had NEVER used their “services” and I made it clear I didn’t want their services. I felt they relied on me not having any evidence of the cancellation, as it was over two years ago. Luckily, I found the email from Feb 2021 where I had cancelled the account and my bank statement shows they had refunded me in 2021, so all the evidence is there to show they knew I had cancelled the account.

Regardless of whether I had “evidence of my cancellation” or not, I have now had a refund via my bank, as they took the money anyway (before I found my cancellation - which they haven’t acknowledged anyway), which cost even more than the original amount in 2021!!

My bank advised that in UK you have 120 days after the scam/disputed item to get money back from your bank through raising a dispute.

I have also blocked them from taking more money from my account, however, ***it seems they also use different codes to take payments, so make sure your bank names the company in your records so you can raise disputes if needed.***

******If they have taken money from your account in the last 120 days, and you believe they shouldn’t have - get it back from your bank and block their account by name, as you have consumer rights!*******

Unfassbar & kein Telefonsupport

Ein moderner Kundenservice sollte heutzutage, insbesondere im AbogeschÀft, anders aussehen.

Es weckt den Eindruck, dass ein kurzzeitiger Umsatz wichtiger ist, als ein zufriedener Kunde, der gekÃŒndigt hat und sicherlich die Plattform erneut nutzen wird.

Der angebliche Telefonsupport ist nicht erreichbar und ein RÃŒckruf erfolgt auch nicht. Alles nur per E-Mail!
Das nenne ich ein Paradebeispiel ServicewÃŒste Deutschland im Kundenservice:
- nicht lösungs- und nicht kundenorientiert

Auch ich bin gespannt, ob die DSGVO nach Aufforderung der Datenlöschung eingehalten wird.

In meinem Fall werde ich diese Dienstleistung fÌr immer meiden und stimme meinen Vorrednern vollumfÀnglich zu.

Scam site that takes your info

Scam site that takes your info from other sources and then charges your card multiple times. They refuse to talk to you, refuse to respond, and refuse to refund when they send no notification of upcoming charges. Additionally, when you cancel services, you lose access that day even when I just paid the additional money for the following quarter.

Newsletter dont on ne peut pas se désabonner

J'avais fait appel à Experteer il y a une bonne vingtaine d'années et sans résultat concluant à l'époque. En tout cas, ils se sont débrouillés pour garder mon adresse email et je me retrouve réguliÚrement avec une newsletter de laquelle il est impossible de se désabonner. J'ai signalé l'adresse comme du spam, mais je continue à les recevoir quand même. Et je constate, à la lecture des avis précédents, que malheureusement je ne suis pas la seule dans cette situation. Ils ont en plus mes données, y compris date de naissance, je me demande s'ils sont au courant des nouvelles législations sur la protection des données...

Son unos verdaderos falsantes

Son unos verdaderos falsantes, incumplen la legalidad, no prestan ningún tipo de servicio. Pagas por nada, por no recibir ninguna prestación de nada. Prometen humo, las cantidades cobradas, resultan ser no autorizadas sin el consentimiento de los titulares de las tarjetas. Ya que es imposible darte de baja de la suscripción.
Te escriben en inglés y aún así te pasan cargos de 89, 90 euros.
Estos abusos están permitidos en UE y la sociedad en Alemania!!!!!
Vamos a ver, si el Ministerio de Consumo toma nota.

Ofrecemos dos tipos de suscripción en Experteer: Básica y Premium.
La cuenta Básica es completamente gratuita, con acceso limitado a los servicios de Experteer, no obstante con la posibildad de postular a un sinnúmero de ofertas básicas. Con esta subscripción básica, el candidato puede probar el servicio y decidir si se ajusta a sus expectativas.

La cancelación de una suscripción Premium en Experteer es posible en cualquier momento y hasta el último día de cada período sin tener que cumplir con un plazo de preaviso.

Tampoco se exige al usuario tener que esperar hasta el último día de un período vigente, ya que se puede cancelar incluso inmediatamente luego de haber contratado el servicio, desactivando así la renovación del servicio si no se desea.

Para poder ejercer su derecho de cancelación, tal y como indican los términos y condiciones que aceptó al realizar la compra de la suscripción Premium, debe ponerse en contacto con nosotros por escrito (carta, fax o correo electrónico), informando sobre su decisión de cancelar este contrato antes de la fecha de expiración.

Doing the Right Thing

I recently joined Experteer and realized that this platform was not a good fit for me in finding a new job. So, I emailed Support explaing that requesting they cancel my membership. They responded within 24 hours to inform me they canceled my membership, and refunded my first payment.
By doing this, it exhibits humanity to others which is much needed in the World right now. Thank you, Experteer for doing the right thing.

I requested a membership cancellation


I requested a membership cancellation the same day I received the invoice. It was scheduled to renew on 1/20/23 and I replied to cancel. My message created a service ticket. The messages that I have been receiving from Nicolas Vogtland, responding to the ticket, insist that I did not request cancellation in time! I have sent screenshots with this information, to which he responded that I would have needed to cancel on 01/19 instead of the 20th. His most recent message states that I did not request to cancel even though the messages are responding to my request to cancel! I suggested that the difference may be a time zone issue since I am in the US and the company is located in Germany. Do not bother with this company!

In your case, we can confirm the cancellation was submitted after the renewal had taken place, but now it has been cancelled and the service will expire automatically.
