They offered me a discount code even though the promotion had ended, so I was really happy about it. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses (Rick and Mark), and they are absolutely perfect. The value for money is excellent!

The customer service is poor. I have been trying to arrange my return for days, but I am not getting any response.

I really like the glasses but the customer service is literally non existent.
I bought three sunglasses and wanted to return one of them, cause I didn’t like the colour. But if you want to return something you first need to write a mail to start the return process.
After three emails without any response I gave up. Pretty sad because I like the shop design, the designs itself and everything about that brand. But if you want to return anything forget about it, so better think twice which model and colour you want to buy, because there is no return or customer service!

I a 150% recommend Explicit Poets.

The sunglasses are impeccable, I ordered 4 pairs and all of them are perfect.

The service is unbelievable, it got shipped from Europes and received it within days.

Will be placing another order soon.

Really disappointing experience.
I emailed the returns address over a day ago with my order number (#124832), asking for return instructions and a return label – no reply at all.
There’s also no clear way to initiate a return on the website.
Terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering again.

Amazing customer service and nice sunglasses for a fair price

I haven't seen the glasses physically yet, but the customer service they have is enough to give 5 stars. My first order got stolen after it was delivered. Even though it is not their responsibility after that point, the Explicit Poets team helped me in every step and also basically replaced my stolen glasses. Truly grateful, thank you.

Ich lebe in Österreich, die Brille kam 3 Tage früher als geplant. Ich habe viele sehr teure Brillen, aber diese spezielle Farbverlaufsbrille (gradient) liebe ich einfach. Ich bestellte 2 Paar Brillen und bin absolut begeistert, obwohl ich besorgt war....Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet, sehr sauber gemacht. Verpackung, Brillenetui - alles ist von guter Qualität. By the way, das Bild mit solchen Gläsern erhöht.

Bought a pair from Explicit Poets and was really happy with them. Had to reach out to customer service, and they were amazing — super quick and genuinely helpful. 10/10 from me.

My second pair of sunglasses ordered from EP – the quality and design exceed my expectations considering the price. Their order processing and delivery service are also the best I’ve ever experienced. I placed my order Thursday before lunch and received them at the same time the next morning – from Greece to Sweden!!

price-performance ratio is ok.
the frames are nice looking but to be honest they don't feel very valuable.

If you want to order several models to try them on at home, be aware that sending back the glasses you don't need will cost money.

"Restocking Fee: For returns involving three (3) or more items, a €5 restocking fee applies per item.
Shipping Costs: Since returning 4/4 pairs will bring your order total below the free shipping threshold, we’ll need to deduct the shipping cost that would have applied for your revised order total."

In my case:
€159.60 (original amount paid) - €20 (restocking fee) - €9.90 (shipping cost) = €129.70 - shipping costs back to athens.

so, ordering 4 pairs and sending back 4/4 costs me around 50€.

It would make a much better impression if you would know about the returning costs etc before you order.

J’ai eu un petit souci avec ma commande au départ, mais je tiens à souligner la grande réactivité du service client d’Explicit Poets. Ils ont rapidement pris en charge le problème et m’ont renvoyé la bonne paire sans délai.

En plus de ça, les lunettes sont vraiment de très bonne qualité, avec un design original et soigné. On sent que la marque accorde de l’importance à ses clients, et ça fait toute la différence.

Je recommanderai sans hésiter. Merci encore pour votre professionnalisme !

Everything perfect. Beautiful glasses and fast and problem-free shipping. Good quality and good packaging.

They look cool but aren't well made. I bought my first pair in Greece and loved them, but later I noticed the lenses scratched very easily and the frames became discoloured. They weren't over top expensive and so I bout 2 for 1 pair on black friday. Of those 2 pairs one of the frames just broke while i was cleaning the lense, I and maybe worn them 6 or 7 times. I ask for a new pair and was told I could buy 2 pairs for the price of one.

Basically they are fashion glasses if you live somewhere liek Australia and you have harsh sun and you need a durable pair of glasses I would avoid these.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. They both look and feel nice, but I especially like the one from the Choice collection. Feels high-end, the glasses have an amazing color and excellent visibility.

When I got my order, one of the glasses had the wrong lens tint. I contacted support, and they shipped another package within 12 hours of my request. No questions asked.

Very happy with the customer support and the glasses themselves. I don’t understand how people can complain so much here.

J’ai commandé une paire de lunettes et impossible pour moi de les renvoyer, je leur ai envoyer multiples mails et ils n’y répondent pas et aucune autre façon de renvoyer un article.

If you are looking for cheaper alternative to MOSCOT Lemtosh, i highly recommend the Choise John, with acetate frame. Great quality to fair price! Fast shipping and great service!

Bei Retouren muss man zunächst eine Mail schreiben und eine Bestätigung bekommen. Die Mails werden aber nicht beantwortet, so dass keine Rückgabe möglich ist.
Update 15.04.2025: Ich habe nach 5 Tagen doch noch eine Antwort erhalten, so dass die Retoure jetzt doch erfolgen kann. Mal sehen ob das klappt.
