Explorer Travel Insurance レビュー 

My husband and I have been lucky enough to have travelled extensively both in Europe and worldwide including America, Cuba and Canada that usually carry expensive supplements. We have always purchased worldwide travel insurance until recently when we decided that the only long haul destinations we would now like to visit are unsafe for travellers. Our last two travel insurance policies have been purchased from Explorer Travel Insurance, the first one via a comparison site however this last one directly from Explorer themselves. As returning customers we received a discount which we’ve never experienced before with policy pricing rising each year. There are policy choices that cover all budgets and all eventualities giving us security in the knowledge that we can explore far and wide without any worries.

Ian sends regular emails that cover topics ie GHIC and how it works along with many that we didn’t realise we needed to know about to remain informed before leaving the UK. Policies an be purchased online with ease however if like me you prefer to speak to someone with sound knowledge and a lovely easy manner his team are on hand to assist with anything that might be confusing.

We will certainly continue to buy our travel insurance policies from Explorer Travel Insurance and I’d definitely recommend you check them out before committing to a policy that may not provide the many included benefits without the supplements that Explorer have put together.

I use Explorer for Annual multi-trip insurance for myself and my wife. Excellent service and good cover even for pre-existing conditions for older (70's) travellers.
Explorer communicates well and seems to actually care about their customers, giving helpful general advice and specific situational advice.
I certainly recommend them and will continue to renew every year.

I found their site very easy to use and the rates were competitive against other companies. Once decided it was very easy to complete and the documents came through immediately. It’s not easy finding cruise insurance for a couple approaching their eighties and we will definitely use them again when it’s time to renew our annual policy.

Really competitive quote. Great customer service. Helpful staff and no glitches. Definitely recommend Explorer. We have pre-existing conditions and they were the cheapest and covered everything, including partner who had a stroke a few years ago.
Haven't had cause to claim but I'm confident if we did, the guys at Explorer would be helpful.

Trying to claim for cancelled holiday. Stuck with a claims handling company and an online claim form that's full of glitches. Not happy.

Had to cancel a multi part, self booked trip around 4 countries in Europe a week before heading off due to a bereavement. Includes multiple flights, hotels, a trip with a travel agency half way through. All quite complex.

Fully covered by explorer. I would recommend them and will be taking another annual policy when this one expires.

When over the age of 70 it gets more awkward searching for Travel Insurance. Even before our 70's taking out travel insurance was a chore. Ian delivers a very comprehensive service through his Explorer Travel Insurance. What he doesn't know isn't worth knowing. He also makes you feel like you are dealing with a friend rather than a faceless company that treats you as a number. Would highly recommend, even though I haven't had to make a claim.

Very straightforward to arrange travel insurance with Explorer Travel. Once set up, you feel that you will be looked after should it be necessary.

As a Blue Light Card holder I always check offers when buying anything. Fortunately I did not need to claim anything but the whole process of buying the insurance was very easy. We will ise it again.
