EZ Living Interiors - Boucher Road レビュー 

I found shopping at EZ living so easy and stress free. I must be honest this was all down to the fantastic and very helpful staff especially Stevie Mc Guire. Nothing was to much trouble, be it checking warehouse stock, colours,price,holding times. We even received coffee whilst looking round the store. Stevie never made us feel rushed or he was just looking a sale he was very knowledgeable and relaxed and I left the store feeling like I'd known him for years. Great guy

Simon was very helpful and informative and made the process of purchasing our sofa very straightforward

We called in over a couple of weeks undecided on what we wanted. Simon was able to point us in the right direction with his knowledge and professional approach. Looking forward to getting our new sofa now. Thanks to the team!

I paid for delivery of goods ( bought 01/08/26) - based on 7-10 days delivery.

By August 14th they hadn’t arrived . I rang your store on Boucher Road , Belfast to be told that I would get a text to confirm delivery following week on Monday or Tuesday - by Thursday I called again to be told it would now be the next week ( Tuesday) for delivery. This was too late for me so I drove you your Warehouse to try and fit in my Carr . In the end only 3 of 6 kitchen bar stools fitted but I was assured the other 3 would be delivered on Tuesday August 25th . I have just received another text saying it will now be Friday August 28 th! Apart from it not suiting on the day this is now 2 weeks after date zi paid for promised delivery . N.B when I asked would I get a refund if I had to collect in my own car I was told that would not be possible . As you can imagine I am less than impressed by EZ living interiors service levels!
NOT PROVIDING DELIVERY SERVICE PROMISED. HAVING YO COLLECT IN MY OWN CAR ( Now it will be twice) TAKING MY MONEY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE BUT WHEN NOT PROVIDED INTEND TO RETAIN IT! All round a dreadful example of customer service and total lack of either interest or consideration for your duty of care to a client

We went in looking for a desk chairs and a bed this lovely man mark was able to help us within minutes. We had a chair bed and desk picked and this man was so helpful and helped us within minutes and helped with prices and making sure we didn’t make the wrong decision. The boucher road is where you need to be with mark for someone helpful and jolly! Thank you mark

Kirk, the EZ Living Technician, quickly dealt with a production fault on one of four chairs that had been delivered and assembled by staff who had been unable to rectify the fault. Kirk, was pleasant, efficient and helpful. I was very pleased with the way he dealt with the problem.

Fabulous service, great showroom and quality

We were very impressed by the store, style and quality with a wide range of themes and colour combinations. We purchased a little garden furniture set which we spotted on display just as we were leaving. Simon, Our assistant was most informative and helpful. Delivery scheduled for early Sept which we are ok about. Pleased that delivery is free.

Very helpful customer service people (especially Simon at the Boucher Road store), making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Made sure we knew all the practicalities of our purchase and offered advice to make sure we were happy going forward.

The store (Boucher Road) was very pleasant to visit. It was well laid out and obviously well looked after. We were acknowledged but allowed to take a look around in our own time which I like. Simon was very helpful even making us a coffee and engaged us in pleasant conversation while being very helpful during the sale. He also followed up with a phone call afterwards to give further info and help on the delivery. Everything went as he advised and I would be more than happy to recommend the shop and Simon to family and freinds.

Good service in store

Staff very helpful and accommodating. The range of merchandise is excellent and when I chose and ordered what I needed (dressing table vanity mirror) I was able to pick it up at the retail store rather than having to go further afield to the depot. I was kept well informed of the progress of my order, and alerted as soon as it was available to collect. As an already returning customer, I would definitely shop at EZ Living in the future.

Jonny H served us in the Belfast Boucher Road Store and he was amazing! So helpful and quick to answer questions.

We bought a lovely sofa bed at Belfast EZ store. The staff couldn't have been more helpful Jonny H was so kind and calm, but he knew his products inside out and took us through every aspect of purchase and delivery with both professionalism and human warmth. Was so glad, we chose going to the store rather than just buying online. We got to try the sofa bed out and be sure it was what we wanted. Excdllent service.

I was honestly pleased that there was no sales person pestering me, I prefer to walk around a store at my leisure and if I want to buy i will approach a sales person myself.
The sales person was Cloe_Jasmin McCarroll.she was very professional, knowledgeable,friendly and chatty.
