Really positive experience!
Ordered two items of furniture today. Stevie was so helpful and explained the process really clearly. Really well organised and straightforward process. Offered tea and coffee and the shop was beautifully presented. Really positive buying experience. Looking forward to receiving my furniture!

Wrong table delivered
Wrong table delivered . Contacted customer service 6 days ago . No contact m recieved email today stating it would be afurther 3 days to respond. Further to this .. the customer servicecteam informed me that the emails were down until today
Also your staff member placed the wrong order . Table was wrongly delivered ... after fall to store . Who I quote " what was he on " making such a mess . If the store would like to contact me directly to arrange refund & collection of wrong order .

We would also like to clarify that the table you received is the same model as detailed on your signed sales invoice. This invoice was provided to you at the time of purchase, and the item supplied matches the product that was ordered and agreed upon.

I visited both stores on boucher…
I visited both stores on boucher seeking a new mattress. Staff in both were very helpful and courteous. No issues with delivery etc. Would use EZ living again.

Simon Mc Connell from the EZ Living…
Simon Mc Connell from the EZ Living Shane Retail Park store look after myself and my wife very well.
We hadn't bought a mattress for many years, so were a bit apprehensive.
Simon put us at ease, listened to our preferences and took note of our budget.
He soon found a suitable mattress, we ordered it and were on our way.

2 damaged tables
We had ordered a table before- it was delivered damaged. EZ Living customer service were great, very responsive and we are being refunded. The table was collected from the house. We have since bought another table from EZ Living and it was damaged in the same place on delivery!! Their delivery folks need to be more careful... make sure you are in when they are delivering! We need a table at this stage so I'm not even bothering fussing over it with a refund etc. but its disappointing for sure.

Service was amazing
Service was amazing, shop is very neat and the furniture is flawless and comfy! Our number 1 furniture shop to go to. The beds have a great look and no scratches, burns or dents are to be seen. Kind workers and Stevie was a great help.
