We had a slow puncture on the way back from the airport Saturday night and woke up to a completely flat tyre Sunday morning, we took it to formula one first thing Sunday morning and was seen very promptly. Expecting to pay for a new tyre the staff managed to repair the existing tyre therefore saving us money which is greatly appreciated. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we always recommend formula one to people we know.

Left Formula 1 Basildon earlier this afternoon giving had excellent advice and service for our tyre and tracking. The guys were all so helpful. We would recommend them and will be back.

Amazing service and price. Drove in as another garage had confused me and I didn't understand what I needed. Reception guy (chris) was so helpful and got someone to look at my car straight away. New battery in 45 mins later. Max was really good explaining everything and offered to work on it straight away. Highly recommended.

Tyres ordered quickly, fitted at a time that suited me.

Booked car in for Brake Service at Basildon, had excellent feedback as to what needed to be done, also highlighted faulty tyre, which they also rectified, , they was in constant contact with me by phone, they was very quick and professional, feels like i am driving a different car thankyou G Man

Used this company in the past without issues, and having work done on my car today went without issue.

The reason for the 2* review is that while the work was being done on my car I went to the supermarket across the road. When coming back to the garage, two of the Formula One Autocentre staff (identifiable by the logos on their polo shirts) were sitting on the wall on the walkway smoking a huge joint.

Would I want these stoners fixing the brakes on my car? Definitely not, so fortunately they were getting wasted while my job was being done.

Do what you want in your own time but not in public whilst advertising the company that you work for, and working on the public’s vehicles.

Visited Friday 22 March and asked for advice ref. bulge on front nearside tyre. Matt came out to my car in rain and advised new tyre needed. Told me price and said he could get for following Tuesday. I wanted to get new tyre as soon as possible so said OK.
The following day I received a call from Chris who said tyre in and could fit that day. I arranged appointment for 3-30pm, arrived a little early and was seen immediately. Tyre was fitted and I was asked if I wanted tracking checked, I said yes.
All completed and out of shop in less than 45 minutes. No charge for tracking, EXCELLENT service!

Formula One Autocentre put my car straight on the ramp n removed a lodged stone free of charge

The staff were incredible helpful, managed to get me booked in very quickly and sorted the problem fast too. Very polite and helpful, highly recommend.

Booked on line was very easy went to garage tyre changed quickly

Two front tyres fitted and tracking adjusted, driving home steering wheel not straight, taken back to have put right, no print out given to prove tracking was right, when queried was told the guy was happy so should be okay. Won’t ever be back as the last time I used them had a similar experience.

Booked in for full service and mot over a month in advance. Arrived on site to tell me there was no booking. Refused to give customer service details, apologies or help in anyway.
Used since 2019 will never trust or use again no empathy or help. Disgusting service

Excellent professional customer service from Chris and the team. I arrived without notice for a puncture repair and was back on the road within half hour. Highly recommend these guys and will not hesitate to use their services again.
