Excellent service and very helpful

I went to F1 Autocentres in Bexhill on Good Friday with a type puncture and despite being super busy they fitted me in on the day. I couldn't asked for more the team were helpful and efficient.

A great experience from start to finish. Scott was very friendly and informative with the MOT and other queries I had.
I will definitely be returning for all my car needs.

Having become disillusioned with KwikFit, I tried F1AutoCentres, Bexhill, and was very pleasantly surprised by the setup when I had an MOT and full service on 5th March.
Alan on reception was great to deal with, efficient but with a good deal of bonhomme, making the whole experience so much more relaxed.
The cleanliness of the waiting area was a vast improvement on my experiences of various garages over the years.
Would recommend to anyone who dreads the annual MOT and servicing experience, and will certainly be using them regularly in the future when further pot-hole damage occurs!!

Absolutely amazing service.

Had a flat that needed repairing, phoned me and explained it couldn’t be fix as it was bald due to alignment was way out. Also explained the passenger side tyre was worse with wire showing. 2 new tyres, alignment and tracking done, even kept the old tyres to shown me. No sugar coating or bull because a was female. Definitely go back. Scott on the desk was brilliant, just wish there was a Scott in every garage.

Excellent Service from Scott and the team at Bexhill Formula one. They fitted us in at the last minute on the same day we called and did a speedy repair.

Scott and team were fantastic. I can’t fault their service. There were able to come to the rescue on a Sunday when my wheel needed repairing. The issue with my tyre was repaired in under half an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks again.

Booked in for MOT at bexhill branch, super fast service, when discussing what was needed to get car to pass, Scott helped me with understanding the issues, gave a great price and had it fixed and tested within hours. Such a friendly chap, I will be back

Scott and his colleague were very helpful. They took my car in on short notice and resolved the issue efficiently.

Tyre had puncture but had been run flat so was junk. Honda have odd size tyres so had to wait for replacement. Received phone call immediately after tyre was delivered Returned to depot approx 1 hour later and wheel/tyre was refitted All no problem and no drama 🙂

Visited the Bexhill centre close on closing time with a completely flat tyre. All were very helpful and a lad called Josh ( I think, that was his name, apologies if I got it wrong) took the time to check what the problem was and gave a temporary fix to get me home. Had to wait for a few days for a new tyre to be delivered but when I returned Scott and Josh sorted it out and got me on my way. Absolutey 5 * for the whole team

Scott and the team are always friendly, give honest advice and aim to do what is best for the car and the customer. They always give good service and have very reasonable prices.

As usual service was perfect. Scott called me to let me know progress and when car was ready to collect
