I've used my local f1 autocentre for many years for MOT, car services and any work that needs doing. Ive never had any issues, always really friendly and accommodating. My little car is still going strong 10 years old and just passed recent MOT again with no advisories ... thanks F1 again :)

Taken my daughter’s car in for an inspection on her brakes book in for 08:30 they wanted me to leave it for a few hours because they have other customers book in. He went on about staff shortages. Simple don’t book work in if you can’t do.keys back go elsewhere

Got booked in at Bridgetown last minute no messing around got the car sorted went above and beyond to be honest very greatful will be passing the name around to family and friends

Dave and Danny at Cannock have always been very good, good service, competitive pricing, and a pleasant manner.

Attended this location for MOT. Car failed MOT. Not the usual people on reception
Waited across the road in Café. Returned after an hour. My car was visible in shop . Had to ask if my car was ready. No phone al to say car needed work . They came out said it’s failed it needs new exhaust.fair enough we can do this here but you need a plastic cover for the gear box . We don’t do automatics , he repeated this several times we don’t have the kit.I have been bringing my car here for about 8 years and this is news to me.They told me to go round the back and see two cars who can fit this part . So off I went they told me that’s rubbish they don’t fit these parts. Apparently I’m not the first one to be fobbed off in this way. These guys recommend me to a local garage. What a different attitude . I was so angry with the customer service I went and collected my car and took it to this garage who within miniutes had sourced the parts required. They confirmed it was rubbish your people couldn’t fit a cover. So I now have to pay to have my car retested when this work is completed.

I booked my mot for my vehicle two weeks in advance then today(15th sept) get a call an hour and half before the allotted time to say it’s been cancelled, absolute disgrace of customer service, I booked my final day of annual Leave to sort this today and all they say is we can re book at the end of 5he month …….. no good when the mot runs out on the 19th …… how do I get to work after that ……. Terrible experience after 5yrs of loyalty DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

Had my MOT done at Formula one Cannock- the service I was given from the start to finish was exceptional- the staff were very helpful & very pleasant & there prices are very reasonable- Thank you for outstanding experience.

Absolute shambles of a place. Booked 2 tyres to be fitted Friday afternoon. Turned up for my BOOKED time as per confirmation at 13.30 to find out they are to busy and apparently sent me an email earlier but did not even try and phone once. Full of excuses and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Received THE WORST level of customer service today. Anthony was extremely unhelpful, argumentative and rude.

Have used this garage for many years and always receive excellent service. The staff are all fantastic and my car is always well looked after.

The staff are polite, respectful and willing to help. A recent poor service from a national tyre fitting company has highlighted the value F1 out on customer service.
For example after a piece of trim on my van came away as an F1 employee opened the vehicle door, (a piece I already knew to be broken) the employ came to find me in the waiting room to apologise because they thought they had broken it. This is honesty that is valued by customers.
F1 - the Friendly 1 the Fair 1 and the First 1 to trust.

Went in for an Aircon degas after a compressor change, had it straight in and ready to go within the hour! 👍🏼

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Dave the manager really was superb...contacting ahead of my arrival to check that company would pay my MOT fee.
Even when it failed the work was completed while I waited.
