had 2 tyres fitted to the front of my car. Got a tyre pressure warning after driving off. Checked them, and one tyre was 34 one was 39, they should be 32. so not only were they not the same they were both over inflated. Surely thats a basic thing to set and get right after fitting new tyres. Seriously!!
Just shows the lack off care in the job. and potentially dangerous.

Staff are very professional and very helpful, always polite and ever willing to assist. You go in there with your car issues that seems big and you leave with a
re- assurance and by the time you drive off your vehicle once done, one leaves satisfied with a smile because a very good service has been done by the team. The customer service is excellent.

Went in for MOT. Only running 5 minutes behind which was no problem. Polite and professional. Being a young women they didn't make me feel uncomfortable which was a nice change from some places

This garage is great. I was visiting a family member for the day and I got a flat tyre. I needed a replacement and they didn't have it on the shelf so Becky arranged for a staff member to drive to get me one locally. This was above and beyond what I was expecting and to top it off they were the cheapest by far too. Would definitely recommend this garage to family and friends

Formula one Chatham. Amazing staff, Becky and Andy were fantastic. Helped me out after being recovered in by RAC. They had my car back to me same day with such short notice. Well informed the whole way. Would definitely recommend this garage staff were all friendly and helpful.

All the staff were extremely helpful, tj and Tom the tyre guys were friendly and confident. They were honest that despite some cracking I didn't need to replace yet. Built my confidence on the garage and I am looking forward to my return in a few weeks/months

Am so impressed with the service from this garage today, fitted us in to get the puncture on our insurance hire car fixed before it being returned tomorrow. Sarah was so friendly, helpful and chatty, totally putting me at ease after my scary drive to get the vehicle there. The repair was carried out quickly and was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish.
The whole process was made so simple .I had my aircon recharged ,just gave them a call to find out the price of the gas fir my car booked a time.i then paid online as I had discount code to use . Turned up handed over my keys and told the car would be ready 1hr 30 ,which it was.great service and great staff total credit to the company .Well done F1 Chatham.

I was experiencing some vibration issues when driving on the motorway, thought I'd get the front tyres changed and paid for "precision" balancing to rule that out before taking the recently purchased used car back to the dealer. Vibration wasn't resolved so took the car to the dealer that sold it to me, they couldn't find anything wrong so they rechecked the balancing and it was way off!!! They rebalanced my wheels at a cost and surprise surprise, the Vibration problem has gone. Terrible service has wasted both time and money.
