This was my first MOT in Darwen and my pal recommended I come here. The price of booking my MOT online and the ease of booking was great. I arrived ahead of time and I was out within an hour of my appointment which is great. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and I am happy to say I’ll be back for any of my car needs going forward!

Was there for a tyre fitting. Unfortunately the tyres hadn't been delivered, (booked through RAC, so not F1 Autocentres issue). The staff waited while I phoned the supplier to find out what happened. After cancelling the delivery from the RAC, F1 Autocentres Darwen were able to replace tyres with comparable tyres from their stock. While there I also saw them deal with other customers and the service they provided.
Would definitely recommend F1 Autocentres Darwen.

My Wife's car had a tyre shredded on her way home. Telephoned F1 and arranged with Paul for a new tyre at the Darwen branch.
Arrived today and everything ready and new tyre fitted by Dan who was very helpful.
Chris sorted the bill which was the exact amount of the telephone quote .
Overall excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff

Great price. From ordering on line to fitting 2 days. No issues, tyres were there ready and waiting for the first fitting of the day when I arrived. Went for some breakfast job done on my return 45 mins later.
Friendly helpful staff. I have used F1 several time now for replacement tyres.

Went back to this branch to give them a second chance after speaking with the branch manager. Wish I hadn't bothered. The branch manager informed me that the old staff had all been sacked and that he had brought his own team and asked if there would be anyway I could change my review offering vouchers and begging for a second chance. Reminded him that this was Fraud under the Bribery act and refused the offer of gifts. Decided to give the new staff a chance and took my vehicle in for MOT as had been sat for 3 months due to company car and wanted a brand new MOT on it to sell it. The van unfortunately failed however paid the garage to do the works and picked up the following day. Put the van up for sale and was flooded with customers picking up a discrepency on the mileage history. On the fail sheet the mileage had been entered incorrectly being approx 160 miles above what the odometer was showing. On the pass sheet the mileage was correct to it's true value as a result showing a lower mileage. The young lad in the branch was disinterested in this trying to play it down stating that noone can see it anyway so didn't know what my problem was. In total disgust I had to show him the DVLA website and that the mileage history is public knowledge. Clueless member of staff doesn't know his own field. 4 months later and this issue has still not been resolved.
So if you want a garage who created a major red flag on car histrlory checking sites for mileage looking like it has been clocked, Formula 1 auto centers Darwen is for you....
If like me you wouldn't buy a vehicle that was showing issues with the mileage then I would say that's normal myself. Anyone wanting to see the mileage history on the DVLA website the registration number is BD15ECE. Que the contact from Formula 1 offing more gift vouchers to change my review. Personally, you sacked the wrong staff.

Easy booking and while you wait MOT and aircon fill. All the guys were polite and professional, great doing business with the guys at the DARWEN shop.

Came for an MOT, friendly staff and great service.
They carried out a complementary alignment check and notice it was off.
They even did it whilst I waited.

Used this garage for the first time today to have all my tyres replaced. The service and work carried out was exceptional. The Manager certainly runs a good shop and my whole experience of purchasing the tyres to taking the car in for them to be fitted was superb. I will definitely use this garage again. Highly recommended.

FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO BOOKED IN FOR TYRES, X4. SPOKE WITH MANAGER PAUL ON PHONE. MADE ME FEEL AT EASE VERY COMFORTABLE AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON TYRES. Went for an M.O.T. car was not expecting a pass. To be honest the hole in the rear bumper is an outright fail. The mot fail list came back with hand brake effect to low and suspension brushwork out. Few days later came to do the work and went to my farther in laws garage after hours checked effecncy of the brakes to do a before and after amounts and the brakes are preforming very well. Suspension is fine to split in 1 Bush but no play that's an advisory not fail. In Affect at the end of the day in stead of spending 300 at Euro car parts it's bulbs, wiper blads, bit of tape and a bolt with 2 new tyres.

I'm usually that guy who writes narky reviews - but not today. Been a regular customer for a while and genuinely humbled by such great service and also kindness. These guys know a lot about my car and have been very helpful for a number of years. This time I had pranged my back light. Bought a new one off Ebay and had the guys fit it. They didn't even charge me as it was such a quick job. Customer loyalty (in my experience) is usually just a one way street but today it was very much a two way street. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

I had an appointment, on the day of my appointment , the staff I met told me they were the only one around and change my tyre that day and I have to come back the next day.The manner of passing the information was without any apology or recognition of the fact that it is an inconvenience for me.I went the next day, the staff was unwelcoming, I waited to change my tyres, I wasn't offered a seat, I stood for about 45 minutes it took to change the tyre.While standing, one of the staffs working on another car decided to reverse the car and didn't find it courteous to let me know, I suddenly saw the car reversing towards me.Very regrettable experience for me.

Had our corsa in for an MOT needed work doing to get it through. As expected due to age. And can’t fault Adam at all he went through everything that needed doing there was no hidden extras or faults good price given for everything and they went above to ensure all work was done. Can recommend adam and the garage. Will use again.

Brought the corsa in for MOT and we knew it needed work, they was brilliant at Darwin branch, really pulled out the stops to get it done on time, Adam did the work and kept us up to date well done, thank you.

Explained in detail the problems I had been having with my car and they failed to detect that my thermostat housing was leaking. Tried to charge me £600 initially for unnecessary work completely unrelated to the car’s problems…
A few days after the “servicing” and “repairs” my car displayed a red warning light and I had to call the AA. Another garage correctly identified the issue and repaired my thermostat housing for a very reasonable price.

I am shocked that I was extortionately charged despite failing to identify the problem and doing unnecessary work to the car

Great Professional service over the phone and on delivery of my car for a tyre repair - thanks to Adam Khan he had me back on the road quickly with great all round customer service - definitely recommend them to anyone and will be going back.
