Amazing service from Formula One Autocentres in Guildford!
Had a tyre changed and they performed a free health check of my vehicle which only took 40 minutes!
The guy on reception even offered to get me an umbrella so I could walk to the coffee shop and wait for my car
Would recommend thank you!

Guildford Branch- Customer waiting area needs a clean, dead flies and cobwebs.
Appt at 4pm , got seen at 4.30pm.
Tyres good price , had tracking checked. Gave discount on tracking due to having to wait.

Bad experiences about my Hybrid car service, it takes 3 days for my hybrid car servicing. Need to improve more hybrid technology.

Garage was busy but the guys completed my order in good time. Car feels so much better with tracking done which another garage (not this franchise) had said was OK

I had 4 tyers fitted after driving home 2 miles I got in the car the next day whilst I was driving there was a loud noise coming from the front when I inspected it the wheel nuts were all lose also locking wheel nut was missing spoke to them & was told it didn’t have one there was 1 on each wheel prior to going there very poor service

Everything was going well until I returned to my vehicle and saw the way they were handing it back to me.After failing mot the headlights needed polishing/cleaning,but they left sprays of white liquid all over the front of car.When I complained the guy behind the counter came out with a piece of dry blue paper and attempted to clean it off.

Two front tyres fitted.
Driving home, didn't feel quite right.
Checked tyre pressures after14 miles
Nearside tyre 36 psi
Offside tyre 28 psi !!!
Having corrected pressure, returned to centre following morning (10.00 Sunday) and asked for the tyre to be checked. Only one member of staff (reception) at this time. No one available to carry out check.

Got my pads, discs and callapers done - such great service from Adam. Talked me through everything. Answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued costumer! Solid guy.

Amazing Service, Great Professionalism

Everything was great. Patrick and his colleague that fitted my 4 new tyres did a great job. I will definitely recommend them, and I am definitely going back next time I need something. Thank you guys and keep the good and happy attitude as you are.

Went in for a prebooked master service and MOT. Was told the car had failed emission tests, and would cost £45 an hour to clean up and regen. I gave authorisation for an hour labour and at no time given agreement to run up a huge bill.
At the point of picking up the car late in the day, was told it came up to a whopping 1.8 hrs labour charge (over £112) and £40 charge for the cleaner, plus MOT retest fee when retest should have been free. Tried to reason but was shrugged off with more costs. unfortunately you have lost me as a repeat customer when in the previous year the same engine restorer plus fuel cleaner all together only costs £31 to sort the MOT emission failure.
