I recently had a Full Service done on my Hyundai Ioniq at Formula One Autocentre (Harrow), and it was extremely disappointing. The basic visible checks were not done properly — the door hinges were only partly lubricated, the bonnet and boot catches were not lubricated at all, and the coolant wasn’t even topped up, even though this is included in a full service.
If the simple things were missed, I seriously doubt they changed the oil or oil filter properly.
I travelled from Slough to Harrow because my local branch closed, paid £245 for the service, plus Uber costs to drop off and pick up my car, and still received a very poor job. When I complained, they simply told me to go back to the same branch (which is also closing soon) instead of properly resolving the issue.
Terrible service, terrible support. This company is clearly going downhill — branches keep closing for a reason. Avoid Formula One Autocentre and use a reliable local garage instead.

There is a lot to be said when you have honest people and John and his team let me know that I didn’t need to change my tyre but where the fault was. The service was excellent as well as the advice. Highly recommend them. Thank you John
I had a service and MOT done at the Watford Road branch. I had something outstanding I wanted them to check and contacted the customer care team in response. I Spoke to Ewan who was friendly, polite and very solution focused. He arranged with the branch manager for me to come in at my earliest inconvenience and resolved my queries.

Visited the Harrow branch for a full service and MOT. When you arrive you are met with professionalism and friendliness.
Tom is an asset to the company.
I cannot comment on the quality of the car service but the customer service was very good.
Please read my comments, I have contacted your customer service and they have completely denied it!!! So waist of my time.
Absolutely appalling experience at Formula One Autocentre Harrow today (Monday, 11/02/25 at 2 PM). I arrived for a pre-booked tyre fitting via 3rd party tyre supplier (£800 paid in advance) and was immediately confronted by Levi, the branch manager, in an aggressive and dismissive manner. He shouted at me for parking near the MOT bay, slammed the door in my face, and continued to be rude and condescending, telling me I “should learn to read.”
When I challenged his behaviour, and asked him for an apology, he escalated the situation further—refusing to service my vehicle and even calling the police to have me removed from the premises. This was entirely unnecessary, as I had done nothing wrong. Another staff member was professional and polite, but the damage was already done. I have now cancelled two MOT bookings with them.
I am still waiting for a refund and a proper response from their area manager. No customer should ever be treated this way, let alone by a manager. Avoid this place if you expect basic respect and professionalism.

After having returned from last years service and MOT, when i checked the oil it was about half a litre short. This time trying to check the oil again, bonnet lever wouldn`t work after the same works done, to check oil. Never had a problem as bought from new. Drove back and they put it up on the ramp and started digging about for the cable and bonnet catch from below, so ended up bodging with cable ties.
A case of ` admit nothing, deny everything `.
Will go to a Main dealer in future.
Great service, great communication with the customer, friendly and without stressing attitude...

My car was taken in at the time booked and I was informed how long it would take for the MOT. I waited in the clean comfortable waiting room and my wait did not seem long at all before my car was ready.
First class service, friendly,always take time to explain things and to chat with you.
Very helpful, this was my first time using this garage and I would use again without hesitation, very grateful for the help

Harrow Centre – For many years I have had my car service and repairs carried out here, and the manager, John, has always delivered an excellent customer service. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and goes beyond expectations in responding to ad-hoc maintenance and repairs issues.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Formula One Autocentres - Harrow and feel compelled to share it. I scheduled an appointment for 04-06-2024 at 9:30 AM. However, the day before the appointment, at 5:37 PM, I received a call from them. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone with me at that time. When I tried to call them back at 6:05 PM, the shop was already closed.
The next morning, I called at 8:47 AM, less than an hour before my appointment, and was told that they did not have that appointment available and needed to reschedule it by 2-3 days. I consider this a total lack of respect for customers. Why didn't they call me as soon as they received the appointment to confirm availability?
This is the second time I've tried to work with them, and I am extremely disappointed with their services. It is clear that I will not recommend this place to anyone. Professionalism and customer respect are completely absent at Formula One Autocentres - Harrow.
Definitely a big DO NOT RECOMMEND!

VERY HELPFUL, JOHN, BEST PRICES FOR TYRES ,TOM ON RECEPTION AND THE GUY WHO FITTED THE TYRES, FORMULA ONE AUTOCENTRE ,WATFORD RD ,HARROW ,BIG RESPECT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING TYRES,CAR SERVICE, JOHN IS THE BEST.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect. Always willing to help and go the extra mile
If could give 0 stars i could …till i was waiting to change my tyres i was looking through the window door in the garage, the guy who took my car, got inside my car even the manager give him the wheel key and was searching in the glove box and between the chair, i saw him looking everywhere for someone to not be seen, when he get out for the car he saw me anyway reported to office but not to surprised from what i saw. When the car was done I checked and was messed up , the forgot to put mu wheel key back and the paper for alignment , came back, the printer is no working he said and he will send me when they have another printer and took them a while till they found my wheel key… very disappointed
