Satisfied with full service

All members of staff are very polite and very helpful , Nick and Leon on front counter gave me a great laugh and made me feel very welcome. Great bunch of lads keep it up.

Once again Leon, Nick and the team have gone the extra mile to repair my car and send me on my way. Their can do Attitude, knowledge and no job is too small working attitude is so comforting to know I can always turn to them for help, thank you again Formula One Hertford

Over-tightened one of my wheels after 4 tyres changed. Extremely dangerous. My wheel suddenly started shuddering and could have come off at any time. I have kids. 4 out of the 5 bolts were snapped. Of course, Formula 1 are denying it was them, even claiming someone else had tampered with the wheels. I've had 3 independent mechanics who ALL have fedback that it was the tyre fitters and this is a common problem. Alloy wheels vs steel wheels; I have alloys but the manager said the fitter would have got the torque setting from looking up my number plate on the system (and not looking at the actual wheels). You couldn't make it up. Negligent company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I booked to have a tyre replaced by Glen the manager of Hertford on a Sunday.I arrived and meet with a staff member called Glen who came out with multiple excuses of why it cannot be done.Obviously my mistake for going to a big franchise company that employee staff that do not want to help or be there🤔

Had at puncture in my car at 5:15pm on a Friday with a big motorway drive ahead of me the next morning. Phoned F1 in Hertford in desperation. They immediately said bring the car down. They had it fixed by closing time at 6pm. Absolutely wonderful customer service. They will be getting a lot more business from me in future. Thank you Gentlemen.

Had 4 new tyres fitted. At the mot today advised that it failed due to a missing wheel nut. Phoned formula one. Told that they will look in the garage for it. No apology, no hint of any concern that they could have caused an accident or damage to my car. Very unsatisfactory experience.

I visited today, no sign of the missing nut. New one ordered from Toyota. Customer service much improved polite and genuine apology received.

I needed two tyres urgently, so booked and paid with Formula One as they offered a slot at 2.30pm the following day. When I turned up they said there was no way they could do it. I asked for a refund and was told I should get it in five days. It was not company policy to refund immediately!! I went to a local garage who did the tyres while I waited, and took payment after it was completed. If booking on line be warned.

Problems removing rear tyres on MGtf which took some time but new tyres fitted and work completed satisfactorily and with good feedback. Have used F1 in Hertford on a number of occasions over past years and always found their service very good.

Nick at the Hertford branch has a great positive attitude, the chaps are friendly, approachable and have a vast knowledge of problem solving, no job is too big or small .

My husbands van had a flat battery when he came out from work today. He was 10yards from F1 autocentre Hertford & popped in to ask if they could help with a jump start to get him home. It was 32 degrees! They flatly refused. I had to leave my children with a neighbour, go to his workshop, get jump leads, travel for an hour to him & get him going. Absolutely shocking service. He would have given them money for a drink...

Very polite and quick efficient local service and great value for money . I’m new to the area of Hertford and Will be using them again after my MOT. the test completed other day .

Leon at Hertford depot 21. Excellent service, shaking steering, wheel balanced, advised that a alloy had to be straightened and suggested to replace, as money is tight he suggested Ebay, I'll go back to have it fitted. Wow! These guys are so thorough. I went in to have the Aircon re-gassed, they noticed a warning light was on regarding tyre pressures, so they took the trouble to check all the pressures and even topped up the windscreen wash!

Unsure why an MOT & Full Service took all day. Dropped car off at 8:30am. MOT passed 10:47am.

Car parked outside the garage by 2pm but unable to collect until 5:30pm.

Brakes now squeal/squeak while driving and while depressing brake pedal.

We arrived in Hertford to stay overnight before catching a plane at Heathrow next day.We ended up getting a puncture and took car to Hertford branch just before they were shutting on sat night.They had a backlog of cars to start on Sunday morning but one of the staff came in early to put us a new tyre on.Can't thank him enough

Very good team in Hertford. Mitch was really pleasant to deal with and I would happily go with them again!
