Great service from Paul and the team.
Very friendly and helpful.

If we could give zero stars we would ! We have been using the company for tyres and servicing with no issues.Took the car for suspension issues, this time the customer service was horrendous. They had the car for a week as the ABS was suddenly faulty. They had no idea what they were doing and left us with a damaged car which came to £600+, they did admit they couldnt fix the car. Had to go to another mechanic to assess what was wrong and get it fixed .Eventually we had to get rid of the car due to costs. Terrible service.

Dirty environment & Chaos
Fitted tyres and overinflated tyres at 63PSI / 4.3 bar instead of 2.2 bar. This is dangerous for driving . I had asked for the rear tyres to be checked and it did not happen. Have not received a receipt or any documentation for the work they did. I was told it was generated automatically and will be emailed to me, so far nothing after 2 days. Pay extra money to better companies and stay safe!

We dropped the car off at 8:30 and Went down 20 minutes before it closed because we haven't had a call to say it's done 8 hours later 🚩
Finally got back in the car for the oil light to be on🚩he can't do a diagnostics because apparently it's been locked by Ford 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
No seat covers🚩🚩🚩
Service probably hasn't been done and we're now down £150

Avoid, asked them to look at my sons Fiesta as its steering was pulling to the right and to get aircon regas. Despite calling them the day before and being told to arrive at 9 and i could wait, I had to wait well over 2 hours for them to do the tracking and re-gas, which seemed extraordinary long. I had prebooked prior, so you'd think they would prewarn you if it was likely to be a difficult or long process! Anyway, when I got it back I found it was pulling to the right even more than before and the steering wheel was now wonky. Took it straight back and their idea of making amends was to pretend they had no idea what else it could be but bring it back in the afternoon as despite having to wait 2 hours for, (as it turned out), a simple job that wasn't even done properly, they were now too busy to even look at it. Worried it could be something far more serious. I stopped at ECB autocentre in Stourport on the way back. They looked at it right away and found the tracking was still well out, and they quickly did the job properly. It took them about 15 minutes, and they even test drove it to make sure there was nothing else wrong. So, F1 Kidderminster - Never Again shall I darken your doors and trust you with my, or my families valued property !!

Avoid this place like it’s the plague!!! I went in on 27/01/2024 for a quote on my suspension as it was making a freaking sound and I wasn’t sure what it was. I got there and the gentleman that assisted me seemed really nice and willing to help. I waited in the waiting area and the mechanic who was checking my car came in and told me that my car needed new suspension arms, shock absorbers and anti-roll bar links on both sides. They quoted me £549.96 and made out that they were doing me a deal by “lowering the labour price needed for the repair”. The mechanic was telling me that my suspension arms were “rotted” and basically made out that they were in a state. I left distraught as it’s a fairly new vehicle and was stressed about how I was going to get the money to fix this as soon as possible. I then decided to take my car to another mechanic for a second opinion just in case and it turns out that these guys at formula one just love to take advantage of a young woman who walked in not knowing much about cars. It turns out that I only need a shock absorber on my drivers side due to the current one having SLIGHT misting of my shock absorber. The rest of my suspension is in absolutely perfect condition. This is absolutely appalling and I recommend everyone staying away from this garage as they will just rob you for your money for work that never needed to be done!

Booked in for MOT, big waiting room with plenty of chairs and windows to watch the mot through.
The MOT service was very efficient with polite staff.

Couldn’t recommend this place more, Paul and Nick have been amazing. Had issues with my car after an accident and they got my car in for repairs on same day and went above and beyond to ensure the car was sorted even tho they were very busy. Even after the original repair was done had some more issues and the following day continued working on the car to make sure was sorted.. Their customer service is amazing and very friendly and professional. Top service guys.. Thank you very much

I am back about Formula One Autocentre Kidderminster update... This is so sad for me... The Regional Manager is a nice person and he got in touch with me once I had spoken to the customer services about my concern regarding the service I had recieved from the Kidderminster Centre... We had agreed that the work would be done and that I should bring my car in on the Saturday (today) which I did... To my amazement, I got a calling asking me if I had got the work done from the list on my MOT... No I said your manager told me you would complete the work...I was told they were waiting for a call from their manager and that they had not ordered the parts...I am done they have won... I would not recommend it to anyone to go here to have work done...Especial your MOT...they give misleading information and they request more money later ... I feel sorry for the manager ... His word will not be honoured by his staff.... Custormer service were nice... But NOW I DON'T TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR...I will take it else where... pitty I have been going there for years....But the service by the staff there now not very good at all. Strange the manager wanted me to change and update the review that I had orginally done...but I had decided to wait until the work was done... Which it has not... So it is going to cost me again to get my car MOT...Warning don't go here ...

Changed my tires bot not balance wheel I was paid for balance all ready in ,after my intervention he said we not doing because is rear wheel you don't need shocking !!!!

Took car in to have exhaust replaced .i supplied .
said they cant do it ,
also brakes packed up they said i needed new pipes callipers, pads . quoted me £1400
Manager said his guys are NOT proper mechanics.
took it to a local garage
they had it for 3 hrs. fixed brakes and exhaust and collected car all done for £289.

i would give them a miss

Totally disgusted with this company, my son went there as got a nail in his tyre, was told without looking it would be £129 for the repair and would be better just to have a new tyre (cost £155.00) as it was getting near the legal limit, this car had only had a MOT 3 weeks ago and no mention of the tyre being near the legal limit 🤷‍♀️ when our Son returned home my husband rang to garage spoke to Paul find out how much a repair was, he stated £29.95 to repair the tyre, when my husband explained that his Son had just come in and was charged £155.00 for 1 tyre & told it would cost £129 for the repair, the chap on phone was quite rude and said my Son was lying & that the tyre was unrepairable, now is it unrepairable or near legal limit????, husband as gone to garage with MOT certificate & to see the CCTV as they said my Son as lied about what was quoted, Paul at Garage is now stating the MOT was a dodgy MOT, Really good try Paul, my Son works hard at a Care Home when not a university to earn money to keep his car on the road, then to get a company like this to charge ridiculous prices, shame on you 😡 AVOID unless you want overcharging💰 & being told you are a lier, will be ringing Head Office Monday

Had appointment to fit 2 tyres ,waited for over half an hour only to be told
couldn't fit tyres because machine that removes tyres was broken ,went back the following day tyres fitted but when I drove away the tyre pressure warning light came on 2.3 and 2.5 in the new tyres.
