Super fast turnaround. Had a mini crisis as the exhaust dropped off just around the corner. All fixed within 3 hours. At a great price too. Thanks to Ryan and the staff. Many thanks.

Called in on the off chance I could get a tyre change. The guys at Leeds were great! They sorted the tyre and the tracking there and then. Very friendly team! Thank you.

Visited Leeds site and found them very helpful and efficient , will definitely use them again .

I have been driving for over thirty years, and I have experienced all kinds of garages. But this one one really gives me cause for concern. Had the Antifreeze /coolant changed. Should have checked this onsite before driving the car off, but was in a hurry after waiting on car all day. Whilst out driving I was concerned so pulled over, the coolant reserve tank was completely empty. I mean bone dry !
What damage could I be doing to the car if I had not had noticed this at all….Contacted these people at Leeds the following day..only to be told just top it up with tap water..no apology no nothing…could drove this car on dual carriageway or motorway with no water in the coolant reserve.
Never ever will I bring my car here…up there as top three worst car garage experiences!
Why does a paying customer have to check the work of a trained car mechanic!!

Impolite, an awful attitude and use of tone. I phoned this Company’s Leeds Geldered Road branch 09:43 on the 6th of February 2023. A new customer trying to book one of my cars in for an MOT. I found the Centre Manager unhelpful, a terrible tone to use toward a customer. A rather bizarre conversation as I gave my Surname on the booking. I was given a lecture on why he insisted I use my first name. With the Manager telling me he would have to instruct his Staff to call me by my Surname. Why it is an issue for this Company is beyond me. I immediately cancelled my booking. If they treat customers like that on the first call, how would I be treated as the Service Centre. Good values of respect and politeness needed.

I needed help with tyre pressure and felt quite stupid as I should have known this information! I was made to feel so welcome and the staff were so helpful and reassuring.
I visited the branch on geldard road in leeds. Top marks to these guys, this is my new go to for anything car related. Excellent customer service. 👍🏼

We urgently needed (at 1730 on Friday evening) to source a tyre and have it fitted the next day and Asif was brilliant on the phone and called us back as promised having sourced the tyre and fitted us in the next morning. They were extra diligent finding that brake pads were needed and sourcing and fitting them straight away. They could not have been more friendly and obliging and I would not hesitate to recomemnd them and use them in future.

Two fitters at Leeds gelderd road were extremely helpful polite and courteous.
Shame person on reception manager of supervisor was only interested in getting you to get more things done. His interpersonal skills had a lot of work required. Shame really as fitters excelled themselves.
Well done just replace guy at reception and you will increase your revenue.

I would highly recommend this place! After ringing a number of local garages Formula One came to my rescue and explained that they could fit me in for a tyre check. Az and Jordon were extremely welcoming and explained diagnostic checks they would carry out. I was lucky that within minutes they were checking my car. I was seated in a clean, warm and welcoming reception area with the added bonus of a television! Lucky for me that the job didn't take too long so didn't need to wait. I was given some really helpful tips before leaving and was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't pressured into visiting again for any future services but I know where I will be going from now on! Thank you Az and Jordon. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I've had from a car garage!

Ryan and Jordan helped me with my MOT and then replaced the parts for me all within 24 hours. I couldn't recommend them more will be coming back for all future work.

I was a little lost today in centre of Leeds when my air pressure warning light came on. I pulled in to your auto centre to ask where nearest air machine was and the lovely man inside (sorry I didn’t get his name) filled my tyres for me and was very helpful. Excellent service, Many thanks to him!

My son's car had an MOT done at another garage but after a problem with alignment of his chassis, he brought it here, to F1 Autocentre. Even though they were very busy, AZ agreed that he would have a look at it for him.
They were professional and friendly and answered all my son's questions.
Highly recommended.

Tyres are good. Shame the reception could not match your online offers as same garage and fitters used to fit the online order. Electric seat adjustment went faulty for first time after fitter adjusted it. A shame. Why argue,,, didn't... but not happy.
Still have a little annoying wheel wobble after 4 new tyres at over £600 and told everything was good.
Friendly staff with I expect 30 years of giving excuses. Didn't say anything as I didn't want the wind up.

Trustworthy, well priced, would highly recommend
