Customer services from person at the desk was wonderful very helpful but it says free summer Check which didn’t happen so don’t understand why they offer it free but it sounds good and makes them look good!!!

Had my car MOT’ed and serviced a couple of times now from Wigston F1 Autocentre, Darren and the team always do a great job, reliable, trustworthy and a fair price, would defiantly recommend.

Second time in around 6 years, they reminded me why I didn't come back in so long. I specifically told them I had an oil smell coming through the car so they said they'll change the pollen filter but actually made it all smell worse by spilling oil all over the engine during the service. I noticed 1 locknut was missing being replaced with a normal nut that was different to every other on the car. On answering me they said I only had 3 locknuts, and now I know why they didn't charge for the side light bulb change. If you do go, take photos of every single corner and wheels of your car because they are careless and dishonest.

Darren and his staff at the Wigston branch are always ready and willing to go the extra mile to help but I especially want to single out Mantas for helping me by actually finding the wheel rim needed to repair my obsolete one and going to collect it. Everything was done with good humour and kindness and in good time. I can’t recommend them highly enough

Needed a new battery for Hyundai & I saved £100 on the one Hyundai offered which they wanted paying up front for before ordering it in! Contacted 1 Viking Road Branch who were very helpful & had what I needed in stock! Also, when calling to collect, the staff made me feel welcome & offered to carry the battery out to the car.

Car went into Wigston for MOT and Master Service along with A/C clean, booked online. On collection, guy detailed some general issues from the service (alignment and balance need tuning, brake fluid due for replacement), quoted 150 quid and could do it all same day. I did I'd leave it for now and just collect the car. On collecting the car, no paperwork for the service was available, nothing to say what was identified so I could sort it later. All that I could be provided with was the checklist printout for the service, seemingly fresh off the printer as it never even had the usual checkmarks to indicate tasks and checks had been completed. After running the car since collecting I'm not sure the A/C clean has been done at all as there is no discernible difference in the slightly musty smell when it runs. I've been using this garage for around 6 years and in all honesty it has got gradually worse in that time. Don't think I'll bother again.

I regularly go to Formula One in Wigston for an MOT and service on my car. They have always been very helpful and communicated well.
I recently went in to have a tire change and they went above and beyond to help me.
The staff were very friendly. The service was quick and the price was very reasonable.

Effortless garage experience. My 2016 Polo was making grinding noises in neutral and on engaging the clutch and loud clunks when changing gears at speed. Clutch thrust bearings & gearbox driveshaft bearings were knackered and a new clutch was what it really needed.

I took it to the Wigston F1 Autocentre as they have fixed a number of my vehicles before and have been very consistent and trustworthy.

Within an hour of dropping the car off the manager rang to explain the faults found, clear pricing for the work to be done and I picked it up the next day. The clutch is now buttery smooth and the gearbox doesn't sound like a marble in a biscuit tin.

Pricing was exactly what was agreed and explained the day before, cheaper than I expected, customer service was quick, friendly and importantly communication was clear and detailed without being full of jargon.

Really recommended as when something as expensive as your car needs work doing, and you don't know exactly what it might be - you want it to be as easy and clear as possible to put you at ease which is why I rarely go anywhere else.

We have taken our cars to the Wigston branch for the last few years and have always been really impressed with the service offered. Any work needed is always explained and no pressure applied to get things done straight away. Will be returning next year for service and MOT as usual - let's hope nothing needed in between! A special thank you to Darren as he is always very welcoming and is happy to spend time explaining any jobs and the breakdown of costs if needed.

Darren at Autocentre was a friendly and helpful Manager at the Wigston branch. Would strongly recommend anyone who needs efficient and competitive work needed on the vehicle. I made the enquiry and the job was booked straight away and completed within a couple of hours which was very quick compared to the other quotes which required my car for more than a day.

Darryn did a smashing job looking after me . He was very polite and courteous. A credit to your company and Wigston branch! Good lad Darryn, hope F1 appreciate him for excellent customer service and being happy! 6/5

Has from the first phone call to the last phone call Darren and his team at Wigston Leicester where excellent,I needed my alternator replacing and a new battery fitted and I needed it done straight away and that's what they did
and I cannot thank them enough on their quick response thank you
