Formula One Autocentres - Malvern レビュー 

I'm so grateful to Chris at Formula One Malvern for taking the time to diagnose the problem on my car that 2 other mechanics at other garages hadn't been able to find. Super helpful on a Saturday afternoon too when all the other garages are closed. Thank you so much!

I bought 2 front tyres at the Malvern branch on Feb 11th. After approx 8 weeks the tyres have hardly any tread and one is bald in a number of places. I went into the branch to ask the manager to take a look. He was rude and unhelpful and said it was my fault for driving my car with a trailer - I have a horse trailer I tow although haven't towed it at all in 2025 but he blamed that and said I needed commercial tyres. He refused a refund, said they could send the tyres back to the manufacturer (they were made in China) and that they would put 2 new tyres on but I would have to pay. Then the manufacturer would test the old ones and MIGHT give me a refund. I have close up pics of the tryes. I will be investigating how to take this company to the small claims court. I have now booked in at Revolution Tyres to get some proper ones put on. Big expensive mistake. Small claims court I reckon.

Just to add. Since writing this review the area manager Andy and the assistant branch manager Shaun have been really helpful and have resolved the issue amicably.

I've been using F1 Autocentres Malvern for my repairs for a long time and they honestly never disappoint.

Their service is consistently fantastic and the customer care is always great as Paul and Sean have always been incredibly helpful and honest about my repairs. I highly recommend them and will continue to refer them to my friends and family. Also their website is really easy to use and they are super responsive when I call.

I definitely recommend them.

I recently used Formula One in Malvern and I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Paul and Shaun went the extra mile to give me the best options for my car and I can't thank them enough. It's refreshing to be able to take my car for repairs and not get ripped off. I really can't praise all the staff enough but I hope the manager or even higher will take note and appreciate this hard working team. First class staff delivering a first class service. 5 out of 5.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Malvern F1 they couldn’t have done anything better I had a new exhaust pipe fitted with a few months ago so last week I noticed a noise asked if they could have a look they found my problem and they were so helpful I’m a women on my own finding it very difficult when I have no idea about cars will definitely recommend them thanks guys

Tyres replaced at best price followed by a tpms fail, repair kit fitted at short notice and then a slow puncture from a small nail all within 200miles, repaired rapidly , well done and thank you, the team at Malvern.

Booked in for two tyres, after problems uncontrollable by the current staff I cancelled my booking left disgruntled. But Andy the area manager, and Sean at the garage resolved this and left me very pleased with the job and customer service.

Staff were helpfull and very knowledgeable. I had a number platefuls replaced and and both front anti roll bar joints replaced. Despite being told the day before when my car was serviced and MOTd, that it was a very quick job and I agreed to come the next day to have the work done, I waited in the customer waiting room for 2 hours before the car moved from the front car park to the garage to be done. Work was very quick, once in the garage and the price was very reasonable.

Have been coming to Autocentres for years and always get a good service. Highly recommend Paul.

Paul was very helpful when my radiator broke over the festive period. Would highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Luke and the lads for doing all they could with my Seat. Very quick, very friendly and really good with costs/price. If in need of help I recommend them for help!

Following on from my previous review. I'm now having my vehicle repaired at another garage under my warranty. Turns out that Formula One Auto Malvern branch have misdiagnosed worn out strut mounts when I actually have a wearing steering rack. £100 deposit they took from me and they can't even diagnose the problem properly.

Paul at the Malvern branch was extremely helpful and professional. Gave great advice and kept costs to a minimum. Open 7 days a week... Great for that inevitable puncture on a Sunday when most places are closed. The team were quick and efficient in sorting a slow release of pressure caused by corrosion to the tyre rim. Will be going here for any future tyre needs. Very good service thanks 😊

Avoid at all costs! Scammers!
Took my car to Formula One Malvern for a small problem with my car, after waiting 30 mins in the waiting room for them to diagnose the fault, I had to go and find someone to ask what was happening. Got filthy looks when I asked, and eventually a whole crowd of 'mechanics' appeared. I was told the following was wrong with my car - note that all I could tell was wrong was a bad idling engine and some loss of power.
A 'mechanic' told me that the following needed doing:
Head gaskets
Cylinder head skim and pressure test
Rocker cover
Cam kit
Water pump
Thermostat housing
Full service.
He also showed me black liquid on the floor that had apparently come out of the exhaust pipe, never see this before or since.
Quoted me £1400, and would take 4/7 days - also he wouldn't do the work at Formula One as he didn't work there (?!!) and would need to take the car elsewhere.
Thought this was all very odd, so took to another garage and was told all it was was a split cam cover and quoted £140.
I will never go here again, absolute cowboy scammers. AVOID at all costs!

Sunday morning car non starter needed battery tested and formula1 could not of been more helpful. Tested battery and supplied a new one at a very competitive price and helped me understand a little more about the issues I had been having with car prior to battery giving up. Brilliant service.

All staff here were so helpful and explained everything they were doing with my car so that I understood. They were very accommodating with booking me in last minute and I can’t thank them enough! I’ve been using this garage for a couple of years now and will continue to use them for my car troubles.

Massive thank you to everyone at the Malvern centre, especially Kevin for the sound system tune up, it's never sounded better. MOT and full service completed quickly and I was kept informed throughout.
