Very happy with the service. Very helpful team even with no booking helped me out as my tire went down and it was end of the day. It was very desperate situation. Very impressed with the speed and quality. Thank you Sam and Leo :)

Booked at 2pm for 2 tyres got there to be told there would be a little bit of a delay as “the fitter didn’t want to touch me alloys” ok i let that side as there are expensive alloys half 2 came around and still wasn’t in the workshop asked if it would be done by half 3 as has to pick my daughter up from school manager said yes. 3pm just started doing them had no choice but to get my partner to come out of work to get her to which the manager didn’t seem to care or sympathise 3:45 finally left after a 20 minute job turned into a 2 hour delay and not even an apology

After a long work conference hours from home, I came out of the office to a flat tyre. Leo at F1 auto centre squeezed me in last minute and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The puncture couldn’t be repaired but they replaced the tyre and I was back on the road within the hour. Thank you so much for assisting today. Meant a lot

Ok so booked a mot and a service on my car on Friday the 27 may 2023 to be carried out on the 2 may waited for them to open went to book in then was told no mot s were being done at the Bletchley until Thursday no reason was given no apologies were given just thats it attitude spoke to customer service they could not help all they wanted me to do book my car in for Thursday as I have been waiting for a response for around 4 hours I have found another company to do the work I WILL NOT BE Using THIS Company

The service was very professional and really excellent and they looked after my vehicle as if it was their own. I went to F1 for an MOT. Before I had even arrived they were very helpful and polite, over the telephone in changing my booking.

I then arrived half an hour late but it was no trouble at all for this centre, who put my vehicle through the MOT straight away.

The reception staff was very polite, professional, and well-mannered. The MOT technician (called Imran) was particularly good and took a lot of additional time to point out certain advisory issues.

Rather than try and upsell, F1 recommended checking whether the issues were covered by the vehicle warranty.

I found there to be honesty, integrity and professionalism in the service provided to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them, particularly Imran.

I had a great service today lee and his team were very good at sorting my car out had the knowledge to fix it

I have been using Formula One Autocenters at Bletchley, Milton Keynes for my MOTs for a few years now, Staff are friendly and Polite, Great Prices when you book online with Discount vouchers, the only thing I think could be improved is the time it takes to pick up the Phone if you do need to speak to someone

What a mechanic Lee barrow is.
Was literally there for 15minutes and he resolved the issue on my mrs car,

Would deffernately recommend this garage to everyone and anyway around the Milton Keynes area.

Due to having a slow puncture caused by a leaking valve, I have taken it to them to be repaired after investigation, the mechanic informed me that the tyre is just above the legal limit and recommends to replace it instad of just pay £20 for the repair. So I thought it best to replace the tyre and they will also replace the tyre valve in the process as I have told them of the issue.

After having the tyre repaired I have noticed just over a week that the tyre is yet again going down slowly, so I thought maybe the seal is an issue. I contacted Formula One in Bletchley and informed them of my issues, they then informed me that due to it having a tyre pressure monitoring system they can not replace it.

I find this to be very frustrating that I have paid to have the puncture resolved after i have already informed them that it was a valve that was leaking, even though they knew it was not able to be replaced. I feel you should have inform me of this information at reception if someone tells you that their valve is the problem.

So this now leaves me again to sort out the original issue . This is so unprofessional for a business of today to provide this level of service to a customer, due to this I will defiantly not be coming back here again.

Online I booked an Aircon service and brake & coolant change at Bletchley branch.
Turned up & manager knew nothing about it, apparently they don't get the information forwarded to them and his Aircon man was off.
Agreed to return 11.30 Tuesday only to find out guy was not in again, so it's a 2nd wasted trip & still uncertain as to when job might be completed.

Received a call this morning from the area manager Malcolm Good, as a result I nipped up the M1 to Newport Pagnell where Malcolm was today and he did some of the work on my car himself.
Kept me informed of the progress throughout, excellent service so thank you Malcolm and the team at that depot.

I had warning lights came on my car before my scheduled MOT so I took it to get it checked and the mot engineeer Imran had a look and helped me understand the codes and then advised how I would get those cleared and helped me throughout the process. I was able to pass my MOT with his help. This is the second year I am returning to get my MOT done as I had a smooth and great experience last time. Needless to say I will
Be returning next year as well and it’s my number one choice in Milton Keynes. Fantastic service and people rate to find these days.

Great Price, website made ordering 4 new tyres and pre booking installation easy. Arrived 15 mins ahead of time as instructed, within 20 mins the fitter started to remove my wheels and then left my car to work on another vehicle. Eventually 2 hrs later and after smoking what seemed like 20 cigarettes he finally finished fitting my 4 new tyres. I hadn't anticipated it would take 2hrs to fit 4 tyres and had to cancel my appointments later that afternoon.

Had the best experience at the Milton Keynes formula 1 autocentre. Imran who did mot was very polite, friendly and helpful. Also Leo working on reception was very polite and welcoming. Best experience I’ve had in a car garage. Will definitely be taking my vehicle there again.

Needed two tyres at short notice. Where other suppliers couldn't help Formula One stepped up and fitted me in even though they were extremely busy. No quibbles just excellent service and very competitive price. Very many thanks

On the 5th March, I had a damaged flat tyre. I called in the Bletchley branch, as it was the nearest, to ask for the tyre to be changed. The place was very busy. I am so grateful that the personel helped and changed my tyre and I was able to continue my journey.I had two children with disabiliteis in the car. The willingness of the staff to help my family was so touching. I am very thankful specially to the person in charge, Lee, and to Stuart Bujtar.

I have been using this garage for a good few years now. Excellent for general maintenance, servicing, Mot's etc... Leo on the front desk is always great. A recent example is when they replaced my front brake pads and discs. Unfortunately they started to squeak, and didn't seem to be braking well. When I took the car back, Leo listened carefully and took the car back in for re-examination. Now, I believe that in most cases like this most garages would have simply put some copper grease on them and sent me packing, but F1 spend a couple of hours re-examining the brakes, and eventually decided to replace them again, at their cost. The first set must have had something wrong with them, which wasn't obvious looking at them, because the second set are much better, and whisper quiet, so another great job from F1.
