Another dreadful service from this company in Lenton. No communication. Don’t give a toss about their service ordered some tires gave them specific details that I need to be done by 9:30. Got booked in at 8:30 arrived at 8:15 only to be told the tires haven’t turned up. They didn’t even bother to call me ahead of schedule. They don’t care at all. Always using lame excuses why the tyre didn’t turn up which is completely unbelievable ! no apologies. Avoid at all costs this is the second time poor communication and lack of care of service.

Valve bust on tyre, took it in for repair, did the job quick and didn’t charge me! Great guys :)

Booked a tyre fitting slot for 9.30 am.
Told on arrival it would be at least two hours because they were low on staff, (no apology given).
Said I would be phoned when it was ready.
After three hours (loitering around a retail park). I went back and it was ready. Nobody had phoned me.
I've had enough tyres changed in my lifetime to know this was not service.

VERY RUDE AND DONT GIVE YOU SPECIFIC TIME BUT TAKE ON THE JOBS AND YOUR MONEY

Very busy centre but brilliantly managed by Leigh. He sourced two Pirelli tyres for my wife’s car and ensured everything done promptly before closing.

Let me preface my review by writing that my car is a low mileage cherished vehicle that gets garaged every night and cleaned more than driven. After the single tyre was changed I get back in to a filthy steering wheel, no problem microfiber wipe over resolved that immediately. But when I get home I realise that the wheel (and tyre edge) itself is covered in adhesive (there's been no attempt to wipe that away - none), the bonnet (locking bolt is in there) and drivers door and window have greasy handprints on every touchpoint. I understand that tyre changing is a dirty business but please respect the customers vehicle as they do.

cowboy company and they will not get away with it will raise directly with ombudsmen and will also get in touch with the small claims court

Amazing, fast, friendly service. Jack was the mechanic I dealt with, he was outstanding!! Will definitely be coming back here if needed

The team at Formula 1 make a refreshing change in these challenging times. They make me the customer their priority, they are so helpful and friendly with excellent communication, nothing is too much trouble.

Recently booked my car in for its MOT and service. I received absolutely 1st class service by friendly helpful staff. I needed e few jobs to be done and even though they were fully booked they managed to get my car in the next day and completed the work to an excellent standard. Would recommend them to anyone if you want good service from trustworthy staff.

Kept up to date with progress. Offer sound advice on advisories and for unexpected issues will bend over backwards to try and squeeze you in

I called in at the branch on Lenton Lane, the day before Christmas Eve, as I'd noticed a bulb had gone on my mini. Jack and Josh couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and pleasant. Sorted it for me in minutes. I need new tyres soon and although this isn't the nearest place for me to go, they'll have my business. Thanks lads!

I have just had 2 tyres fitted at the long Eaton branch and cannot fault the service.l bought them online and they were fitted 2 days later.l ordered them Wednesday afternoon and they were fitted at 10 am Friday.They were cheaper by a fair bit compared to other places l tried.The lads were polite and a pleasure to do business with.Would use again and can recommend them

So having booked my car in for new brake pads and discs a week ago, also had it confirmed by phone and the price, dropped it off today to be rang and told it’s £500 more than my confirmed price!
Bloke on the desk with a tooth missing as didn’t get his name, tried to tell me my Q7 came in different sizes! I’m sure that Audi only made one size Q7 but he tried to tell me that different engine sizes meant different size brakes!? Needless to say extremely unhappy as when I asked why he wouldn’t honour the price he said we are losing money on it!? I was given that quote! I didn’t make it up! But my email confirmation apparently is irrelevant

Needless to say I would not recommend this garage to anyone and only living 2 miles away I will make sure the word is spread locally too

I needed two rear tyres replacing on my Volvo XC60. The price quoted was very competitive and the booking time slot suited my requirements. On arrival
I was given an hours completion time but I also asked if they would balance my front tyres as I believe I had lost a balance weight and this was accepted. Completion was indeed within the hour for two replacement tyres and the addition two front wheel balancing. Everyone was very helpful and all completed to my total satisfaction

Excellent experience!
Booked in for aircon service then a leak developed the night before so needed investigating.
They sorted it all, super quick, super helpful, highly recommend.
