Excellent customer service again
Excellent customer service again. Can’t praise this branch enough, they go above and beyond every time,especially Josh.They make payments for big bills easy and even fitted me in last minute .

1st class service every time.
as ever a first class service from Allan manager at my local formula 1 auto centre always ready to help never rushes you .this auto centre is always my first port of call from tyres to even having my tyres checked before i go on a long journey.Grant who also works there is also very helpful.i have found them not only to be reliable but trustworthy is what they advise.

Diabolical Service
Booked for a new tyre against my better judgement as I had already had poor service here and been warned off by friends. Staff were morose and unhelpful. When I turned up on time for my appointment, I was told they were running 10 minutes late. 45 minutes later, my car finally made it inside. During this time, ladies turned up and were seen to immediately... My vehicle was then moved out again to see to another vehicle. Eventually, well over an hour late, the tyre was fitted. No apology, no explanation. Awful service. Never again.
