HI, I just wanted to let you know, will and the other guys at F1 are an absolute credit to you

Please let them know they helped my life out big time this week
they reassured me, looked after my car, gave value for money and were polite and courteous

Got my car MOT done with this company the said I needed a new calliper brakes and disks, and told me it would cost over £890 - I had my engineer look at it, I didn’t need a new calliper just the brakes and disks.
Just had it retested at Mr Clutch and passed without me changing the calliper!!!! In total the work cost me £270 for the brakes and pad and to be fitted. I will never be going back to this untrustworthy company! I feel it was because I am a woman and I have a nice car, they were rubbing their hands together thinking I’d just take their word for it. I would advise not to take their word for it!
Basically my breaks had eroded and they would have seen this! causing fragments to brake off and was affecting the callipers movement, all it needed was a clean out not a brand new one!

Very disappointing. Called yesterday to book 2 cars in for aircon pressure test. The helpful lady Receptionist arranged for 2pm today.
Arrived 22 minutes early and was told to wait an hour as another car was already on their only test rig. I had not been informed the test takes an hour.
I waited until 2.45 and could see that the vehicle had been disconnected, but there was nobody on Reception so I'll find another
garage.

Having experienced poor service elsewhere i can only praise the staff and especially Hollie for their professionalism and sheer kindness.Everything was explained in a way which was easily understandable and nothing was too much trouble I cannot rate them highly enough.

Had two new front tyres fitted and was surprised that both front wheels were covered in black soot when the car was returned. When I washed the soot off at home, I discovered one of the alloy wheels was damaged with gouge marks around the edge. I emailed the customer service and attached pictures of the damage. The area manager called me and arranged to meet me at the Sittingbourne centre to assess the damage. He denied all responsibility on behalf of the company and said the damage was old and "kerb rash" and was very dismissive of any points I made. I assured him that I always hand wash the car and would have noticed the damage had it been there previously and especially as I had been looking at the tyres before I bought them in to be replaced. When I queried why the black soot was on the wheels, he tried to say that it was there when the car was brought in. I know it wasn't but it's my word against theirs. Personally I will never use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you do decide to use their services, make sure you take photos of your car before taking it to them so you have evidence and can't be fobbed off. I also pointed out to him that 25% of reviews for this branch on Trustpilot were 1 star reviews but he obviously didn't care about that either.

Visited the Sittingbourne branch today with my GR Yaris and service was excellent. Friendly service and people who actually care about your car and doing a good job. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future…

In for an MOT don't bother with this lot if your car is too wide they cant get it on their vehicle lift. Funny how it fit their lift before and passed. Any large cars or vans don't waste your time. I will never set foot in this place again.

Had car booked in for service and mot for 10am yesterday ( Tuesday) phoned me at 10.05am to say they can’t do mot as cambelt is due for renewal. When asked how much for a cambelt they said we dont do them here.
What a waste of time. Will not use them again

fitted tyre a little slowly but offered me £15 off on tracking job so can't complain and tyre price cheaper than anywhere else

Me mum and dad use these guys and there so helpful I was on a visit to see me mum and realised my under tray was hanging off so give these guys a call I came down and took it in so the undertray could be taken of free of charge may I add too couldn't recommend enough

Brilliant service! I use this centre for my services, MOTs and any other work that might need to be done in between. They are the friendliest bunch and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Tried most of the garages in Sittingbourne and always felt like they squeezed every penny out of you whether justified or not. F1 so far have been different, you get a good feeling about the place, they have always done that little bit more, they care about what they do and their customers. Thanks.

Booked into have break pads changed. Staff friendly enough, service was good but noticed my car seats, handles and centre console were covered in dirt afterwards. Quite disappointing that seat and floor mat covers are not used as standard to protect customer interiors.

Amazing service from kai as well as all of the members of staff who were friendly and helpful. I now know exactly what I need to do with my car and they even gave me a great deal to fit a part for cheaper.

I contacted F1AC Sittingbourne yesterday as I noticed a squeaking noise in my A4. They offered me to come in the next morning at 10 to get it looked at, I explained that I have a newborn baby and straight away I was told 'totally understand, if you can get here somewhere between 10-10:30 it won't be a problem'

Once arriving (later than 10) my car was seen pretty promptly and I sat in the waiting area watching the process. Simon quickly came over to tell me the issue and spent time with me to discuss options.

I've been going to F1AC Sittingbourne for all of my vehicle needs for years and I will continue to do so, the staff are always really friendly and as a young(ish) woman that doesn't know a great deal about cars, I'm completely satisfied that I'm given an honest, fair opinion at a good price.

I had 2 tyres fitted at Sittingbourne, I noticed the guy booking the car in had a massive weeping round cut on his elbow, I got my car keys back and left, when I got home I noticed there was blood on the door and on the passenger seat vinyl, I called to complain and was met with I can only apologise, that was it, I emailed head office with photos, their response was: "Having spoken to the staff there are no persons on site with open wounds so this came as a surprise to them"
Obviously there must have been an open wound to put blood in my car, their older site manager who drove the car out of the inside tyre bay had an open wound on his elbow which I observed when I arrived so to say no one knew of an open wound is not correct, customer services have totally dismissed my photographic images of the blood and made me feel like I am not telling the truth, blood can carry many diseases which I had to clean up myself and disinfect my hands, this is totally unacceptable from a reputable company
