Just used the Spalding branch again as they are excellent and loads cheaper than everyone else I really don’t know how they do it for those prices and still deliver top quality unbelievable thanks Dave and the other lads

I booked to have my tyres replaced and went at the time I booked,( I had a appointment an hour later) I was told it would take 30-40 mins so I had plenty of time to get to my next appointment, when I arrived I was told they are running behind, I wasn’t offered to wait inside, (i didn’t know there was any where to wait until I have seen the reviews), I waited outside and the fitter was in a bad mood to say the least, he threw my wheel on the floor swearing, he then saw me and started on the job again, it took to get the job done 1.15 min, I missed my next appointment and when I said about the service they couldn’t give a dam, won’t be going there again, must be because I’m a woman, they think they have the right to be rude.

I used the Pinchbeck branch for a full service. I sat in Startbucks opposite and could see the garage. I received a phone call advising additional work which would take around 2 hours. I agreed to this work to then see them 10 minutes later park my car outside in the car park and it never went back in. I was then informed the work had been done. No it hadn't. I will never use this place again and I'm in the process of reporting them to the motor ombudsman and trading standards.

Unexpected issue & recieved terrific help
We had an unexpected issue with our car occur on a Sunday with the window wipers so we went over mid afternoon and met Shaun who was very helpful and booked us in for a next day appt on the bank holiday Monday. We took our car in and the job was completed very quickly. Shaun was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, knowledgeable and sorted our problem out and helped us avoid a massive headache. Would highly recommend as this is the second time we have been very satisfied with the service provided.

Bad service
My husband booked car in for engine management light on Saturday. No updates on what is wrong with it. He rang Sunday and was told they were too busy to look at it and they will have it fixed by Monday at end of business day!!!!!!
This is disgusting service as my husband needs car as he commutes to work everyday.
This is second time now he has had to wait days for it to be fixed. Would not recommend and will go elsewhere

Used Pinchbeck branch for both my van and wife's car several times but have had nothing but issues, I genuinely don't think anyone quality controls the work done? I've had oil leak after a service due to sump plug not tightened, engine fail warning light come on after another service, issues selecting 1st gear after new clutch (cost £800!) lost wages due to both mine and wife's car taking longer to fix than originally quoted due to excuses about 'wrong parts being delivered, not turned up' and now the final nail in coffin as I've recently gone to another garage to have a new cam chain fitted only to be told that the F1 work carried out had the wrong sized coil springs on both fronts. I rang F1 to discuss issue, asking for at the very least, I be reimbursed for the labour charges so I could have new garage fit correct size. Was told to "leave the van with us and we'll have a look" (no time limit quoted) which I can neither afford to do as will not be able to fulfil work commitments and having had so many bad experiences with them, I've lost all confidence in ever using them again. So I'm now left in limbo, out of pocket, still having mechanical issues and now having to somehow find the money to have the work re-done. Shambolic way to treat customers.

I booked my car in for a full service and MOT. Around 3/4 of the way through the service I got a phone call to let me know how it was going and what works they recommended. They stressed that this was optional and not mandatory. They explained everything simply and clearly so I went ahead with their suggestions. I got a phone call mid afternoon to say when my car would be ready to collect giving me plenty of notice. Every one was incredibly helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be using your Spalding garage again and I will be recommending you.

The staff at my local branch in Spalding have always been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable when I have booked my car(s) in for work etc.
The standard of work is always excellent and if (very rare) there are any question they are happy to help and explain in everyday language to those that are not technophobes or experts in motor vehicles.
I recently booked my car in for a MOT…
I recently booked my car in for a MOT which passed with just a simple advisory regarding the rear brakes after collecting the car and driving home to Bourne an array of warning lights came and the message said take car in for repair.I contacted formula one Autocentres and informed them of the fault and a date arranged for them to investigate the cause of the fault which turned out to be the passenger side rear ABS sensor.My concern is that when the vehicle went in for its MOT the car had no warning light faults after collecting the vehicle it had numerous warning faults on the car display ,generally these ABS sensors are very robust and are usually damaged by mechanics who touch or inadvertently catch the sensor cables,the garage has now replaced the sensor and the vehicle is working correctly but the additional cost over the MOT was nearly £100 pounds.The garage claim that they did not damage the sensor but it seems a strange coincidence that this fault occurred directly after they had had their hands on the vehicle. My advice is beware of garages offering cheap MOTs As in my case the cost has been more than £135.00 pounds around 85miles going backward and forwards to the garage needless to say my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle will certainly not be taken to this establishment in future

Simply put we have been left with the impression of appalling customer service from the Spalding branch. My family will not use this company again in which to be treated in this disgusting way having wasted a Saturday morning and suffering the humiliation of being turned away for being a few minutes late for a pre booked fitting. Staff here have serious attitude problems, rude and have no customer service.
Amazing Customer Service and Help
We broke down with an irreparable flat and no replacement on board, just 4 anxious kids, on the A16 near Spalding.
100s of cars passed us at a snails pace and not one wound their window down to ask if we needed help while we were desperately trying to pump enough air into the tyre and have it hold long enough for us to at least get off the main road.
After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at contacting a couple of garages, we finally got through to a true gentleman. I explained.. he said get here and we’ll pull somebody from another job to get you back on the road. After driving over a mile at a snails pace, we reached this incredible company and the chap on the phone took care of all business. Made us feel at home, showed us to the waiting room and freshening area, and got his team to work on the car. After 15 minutes and taking only a very modest fee, he sent us on our way home. A credit to himself, his family, and your company. I wish I’d taken his name, initials from Invoice are RH but you’ll know who he is.
Thank you so much for saving our day. What started as a complete disaster ended up being one of the highlights and talking points of our entire holiday!
