First class service from Formula One Autocentre Stratford-upon-Avon.

My son woke up to a flat tyre and after calling a few local centres we managed to find Formula One local to his work. I spoke to Ben over the phone and he was super friendly and professional. He confirmed he could fit a new tyre straight away and gave us a really reasonable price. Once my son got to the garage his key fob wasn’t working. Jordan and Ben helped him sort the key battery and fitted the new tyre 15 minutes. They gave my son real confidence in their abilities and he will absolutely be using them again for any of mechanical needs. Thank you so much

Amazing service from Kev and Sam.
They went over and above to help me after my tyre went flat today.
I had been to two garages before because they were closer, one hadn't got a tyre in stock and the other were downright rude!
I will not go anywhere else in future and will highly recommend them to anyone else.

Customer service was excellent and informative. The assistant manager was very busy on the day but he still made time to give a good friendly and helpful experience.

Recently had two tyres fitted at Stratford upon Avon Autocentre. Seamless. Guy in charge-Gold Star, person who fitted the tyres-Gold Star. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending this Autocentre to anyone. Whole process from on line ordering to fitment was trouble free. Well done.

Very poor service
Booked the car in for a MOT and they failed it. I gained advice from 4 other technicians who all said the vehicle should have passed.
I queried this with this Formula one and they said it’s their option and the MOT fail stands!
I decided to take the vehicle to another MOT garage and it passed, however, the new exhaust system I bought from Formula one was leaking. Absolutely fuming about this as now I have to get this repaired.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are not qualified to carry out basic work.

I just had to write a review for Formula One Autocentre in Stratford Upon Avon. I have used this garage on several occasions now & the mechanics always go above & beyond. They are polite & friendly, whether that’s in person or on the telephone. Fantastic customer service!

Tried to scam my parents into paying £670 to replace 2 parts that are £120 or less each and take about 20 mins max each to fit... stay away.

UPDATE:
Manger called me and tried to resolve it. My car was booked in for today for repairs and MOT. Unfortunately, the staff at the Stratford upon Avon branch are not of any standard. They throw away our wheel nuts to don't get the job done. I can guarantee 100% certainty that the wheel nut was there as this was checked before taking the car to the garage. I'm dealing with untrustworthy people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I'm giving it 1 star because I have no option to give it 0. As a regular Formula one Autocentres customer, I'm completely amazed how this branch in Stratford upon Avon has gotten such poor customer service.
I booked MOT and service online. The confirmation email didn't indicate any slot time other than whole day and we obviously got the car in as early as possible, arriving at the location at around 9:10am, at which point we were told our slot was 8:30am, so we missed our slot. They have rescheduled the MOT for a week later (in the reception) and again when we got there we were again put on hold. We have been told that they couldn't do the MOT because someone else booked our slot and the system removed my details so there was no availability to do the MOT in my car that day anymore (they clearly forgot to book my car in and were not honest, assuming they made a mistake). The MOT had to be reschedule again a week later. They basically made us take the car in 3 times to get the MOT done, which is completely unacceptable. The car failed its MOT on Saturday and we asked for a quote for some of the works and decided to leave the car at the site that day to carry out the works the following Monday (car was booked in for the following Monday in the reception). Monday we received no update from the branch, Tuesday we still had no update from them, so I called the site when they confirmed that no work had been scheduled for my car. They said they were going to check what happened and will give me a call back in about 10 min. After waiting 1 hour for their call I had to contact them again. I have been told that I left the car on site with the intention to call them to let them know when to proceed with the works. Why would I leave my car there if it wasn't to repair the car straight on Monday as agreed in the reception?! How can the staff make mistake over mistake?! My MOT could be re done in 10 working days, but the guy refused to work on my car and asked me to collect it, making me lose the possibility of having the MOT re done without having to pay any extra fees. Just a waste of time and money. I will never go back to that place again.

Third time going to formula one Stratford upon Avon and the service is as always excellent..
extremely friendly staff always smiling and extremely attentive.. your are well informed and everything is well explained..
kev has to be mentioned.. this guys goes way out of his way to welcome u and look after you .. its a 10 from me not to mention 100!! .. thank you

Manager has an anger management issue. I witnessed shouting at a customer who was polite and reasonable.

Booked my Hybrid vehicle 3 weeks ago for a service and mot. The booking was accepted. I took the vehicle this morning 24th Sept to be told, with no apology, that they couldn't do the service because no |Hybrid technician was available. Upon asking why they hadn't notified me, the man went on a complete rant as to why I should expect 4 women at the booking centre to call every F1 centre to check if a Hybrid technician was available. By now, he was shouting at me for being unreasonable, I couldn't believe it! I said there was something clearly wrong with your system and I wouldn't be using F1 again. He shouted he wouldn't touch my vehicle anyway with me having such a bad attitude. This man should not be in a customer facing role, I have never experienced such an encounter in any retail outlet. This has proved extremely inconvenient apart from this man's disgusting behaviour. All this was in front of 2 other customers waiting to check their vehicles in. I have been notified my refund is on the way, so that was resolved quickly. And there has been an apology from the regional manager by email who says he wants to discuss things further, so I look forward to that.
UPDATE: I have already contacted customer services and completed their complaints form. Mr Warner, area manager telephoned me and was extremely apologetic. He said there was cctv cameras in the reception area and he would take the matter further with the employee. I said I was glad there was cctv so he could see how bad this man was. I thanked Mr Warner for following this up so promptly.

Had new tyres and mot at Stratford upon avon. Absolutely brilliant service. Friendly helpful. Competitive price. Will always use from now on. Highly recommended.

Wow, what an amazing team, we arrived whilst on holiday with a slow puncture, they were so quick to check if it was repairable and it was, no attempt to sell a new tyre when not needed as others would have done. Quick while we wait service and a friendly and helpful team, a credit to your business
