The team at formula one Strood are great, so helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service at an affordable price. I have never found a garage that was as helpful as this one this morning .They understood what we needed and helped us get the result with kindness and a really good price .Although they kept saying”we are only doing our job” they went way beyond just doing a job .

Brilliant customer service, had an issue that was sorted rapidly. I was updated at every turn, even after the issue was revealed to be worse than first thought I was able to get my car back in time for when I needed it.

I came In for a check on a suspected slow puncture. Lady at the desk was friendly, clear on my options and they had immediate availability. I was able to work in their lounge whilst I waited and with 35 mins they found the issue.
Most importantly, they were honest with me. A small fix and I was free to go. Didn't try con me or upsell me.
Would I recommend? Well I legit won't be going anywhere else as long as I'm in Strood.

Visited the Strood Branch yesterday and the manager Sarah was fantastic! I had an issue with a tyre stem and she explained everything I need to do and where to buy it. I even had follow up questions today and I called her and she remembered me, offered me further advice and offered to fit the part for me when possible.

Absolutely above and beyond, really recommend their services.

Had vibrations coming from the front of the car and Formula one Strood said it is break discs and pads for what they charged me £900. I was flabbergasted when I’ve heard the price.Vibrations never gone away! Taken the car to another place they checked it in my presence and it was the front tyre rod bushes completely gone. Not only that they used my lack of knowledge in their advantage but they played on my fear to scam me into something I did not need at all.
They haven’t even checked the car otherwise they would have found the real problem as it was clear as day. Most certainly escalating this further. Lying scammers! Everyone be aware. If you don’t want to loose your money stay far away from them!!

Car was driving absolutely fine no problems with brakes, steering or suspension. MOT failed with damaged dust cover to roll bar joints and needed one new windscreen wiper
Bill was over in £305 . Set of windscreen wipers (2) was £44 plus vat. You need plenty of money if you have your car mot'd here. Please don't bother to tell me to ring your service dept for an investigation. I've wasted enough time and money on F1

Have had several services, MOT's and tyres in the past and the service today on an exhaust repair was superb. Really friendly and kind team who are a pleasure to deal with. Best garage I have found in Strood, by a mile.

Honestly couldn’t recommend formula 1 strood enough. They went above and beyond to fix my car, completed all brakes MOT and Service and when they found a fault they stayed late and got my car completed Sunday morning before they had even opened. Such friendly service and fully understanding.

Dave and his team was absolutely brilliant. Made me feel at home and made me feel that I was getting a professional job done on my car when I went to collect it. Everything went very smooth. It was there ready waiting for Me and Dave had all the paperwork ready to be handed over, I paid for my car and within a few minutes I was in the front driving home. What a brilliant day and now my car works even better than when I took it in thanks to Dave and his team. To give to review this time, David and his team date of experience

Cannot recommend enough! We called in the morning to see when we could be fit in (after calling 2 others with 7-10 days wait). The staff were very accommodating. We were seen the same day and collected my car the same evening. Sarah was amazing, she kept us up to date with the goings on and was true to her word (although she was careful not to over promise). We interacted with 2 other members of staff who were also very pleasant.
All in all, amazing staff and an amazing service. Definitely will be using their services for our cars from now on. Cannot fault them!

Dave and his team provide an outstanding service every time I visit the branch. From the welcoming and friendly service to the expertise and attention to detail when working on my car, I cannot find a better team anywhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff who got my car back on the road thanks to their help.
My clutch and flywheel needed replacing and luckily they located a part (a lot quicker than the original time frame) which meant I didn’t have to wait too long to get the car back.
Car is in perfect working order and I’m really grateful and thankful for Dave and the team for sorting my car.
