Brilliant service from start to finish, got my car booked in the day after I initially called, work completed the same day . Nathan was extremely polite and helpful and went above and beyond to fit me in Would highly recommend

I took my van in a couple of weeks ago and Nathan (I think that was his name but he is South African) was so brilliant! He fixed the noise and went the extra mile to ensure he and the team made sure my van was safe and sorted! There was another slight problem and he made the room for me to bring it in a few days later to ensure it was fixed before I went away. Excellent service and always upfront and honest about everything! Couldn’t fault them - I’ve always had a great experience with F1 but this time was extra good! Thank you!

This place went above and beyond to help me get my car through its MOT. They were extremely understanding and patient as I had to source parts and get another part refurbished. The manager, Nathan, and Gary were absolute lifesavers, and the mechanics who worked on my car were incredibly helpful and friendly, showing me the issues and offering useful advice on solutions. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—it’s rare to find a garage you can trust to prioritize your interests rather than focusing on how much money they can make from you. The final bill was very reasonable considering the amount of work they did. My car now has a fresh MOT, and I’m so glad I chose this place for the work. My family and I will be using this garage exclusively for all our servicing and MOTs in the future. Well done, F1 Autocentre Swindon!

I've been having issues with my back tyre deflating fast, even after changing the tyre a couple of times.
After getting an outrageous quote from Honda I had F1 recommended to me.
They had me come in to check the wheel, and told me they could refub it instead. Really kind and patient, taking the time to explain it to me.
Booked me in later that day, and had my car back to me in no time. Couldn't ask for better.

We took our car here a couple of weeks ago to have some new tyres fitted but recently my wife and I noticed a knocking sound coming from the left hand side of the car. When we looked, we noticed that 3 out of the 5 wheel nuts hadn’t been fitted back in properly! This is especially worrying as we had been driving along the motorway and dual carriageway after we had the work done. In all fairness when we called up to inform them of the issue, they replaced the bolts and did an alignment but the principle of the matter still stands, we had our daughter in the car and we travelled some significant distance unknowing that there was a serious issue that could’ve ended horrifically. I appreciate them resolving the issue but I certainly won’t be using this companies services again.

My car needed a new battery, as it broke down next to F1 I went in and in short got ripped off. they charged me 250 quid plus vat for a battery you can get for 100 quid anywhere then charged me 40 quid on top labour plus vat to fit it, end result just under £400 for a battery fitted which all in should have been well under £200 fitted, they saw I needed it urgently and took full advantage dont trust them! they will rip you off if they think they can get away with it, this is Swindon F1

Customer service did call and stated thats what Europarts charge them, I did check this and yes Europarts are a rip off, this battery is 100 quid anywhere all day long, decided to leave the review as it, f1 are accountable for their supply chain and should be seeking better prices for their customers

what a pleasure it was . greated with a smile ,the staff were just great, clean and tidy waiting room, service second to none.
4 tyres fitted in no time , thank you all very much.

After a difficult time with our local VW dealer, Formula one stepped up to the plate and scored top marks for service! Charlene was an absolute star in providing the information we needed regarding a failed emissions test, and worked really hard to get to the root of the problem, saving us a great deal of money! Thank you to the Formal One A team!

None of the staff seemed in control, I phoned up the day prior to the appointment date to confirm what time they wanted me to arrive, they told me 11am, I arrived at 10:55 am and I was told that someone else had just got onto the machine for the AC recharge. Which considering I was 5 minutes early is a farce. I then waited 1.5 hrs (considering the recharge is meant to take 45 minutes) to be told the machine stopped halfway through the other line jumpers car because it ran out of out (so the garage hasn't been doing its proper checks and maintenance of its own equipment) eventually my car was put onto the machine, of which I heard loud revving coming from the workshop as the technician Sat there with my idle speed over 3000rpm for 15 minutes (being a diesel and only doing aircon this seems excessive) .... I would avoid due to the above.

Long story short : Lied about time slot. Lied about when car to be in, failure to maintain own machine, abuse to vehicle.

Always a great service on the couple of occasions I have visited F1 Swindon. Honest, clear communication both from Reception and Workshop staff.

Car booked into Swindon branch for four new tyres and wheel alignment check, all arranged and purchased easily online. Dropped car off at appointment time and was given a pretty accurate estimate for completion of work, plus cost of alignment if required. All work completed within estimated timeframe, but technician found a sticking brake caliper plus worn rear brake pads and discs. Was given a costing and offered a slot the following day (despite being busy). Brake work was completed within 2 hours of dropping the car off the next day, with the technician identifying the caliper fault was due to incorrect fitting (prior to me owning the vehicle) and rectifying this, saving me the cost of a new caliper. All work completed to a high standard, and have always received trustworthy, friendly customer service at this centre. 100% recommend F1 Autocentres Swindon.

have had my fiesta for a number of years so decided
to have the aircon checked and regased by f1 in
swindon the car was taken in and the tempreture was
read inside the vehicle with the aircon on which
revealed it was working perfectly so did not need
regassing or cleaning, the receptionist and mechanic
informed me of this straight away to my surprise and
never charged me anything. how is that for customer
care and honesty.
shall recommend and use them again, truly a happy
customer.

I’ve been using F1 Swindon for a while now but in my time of need they did not disappoint.

My car broke down with alternator pulley failure. I had the vehicle recovered to F1 Swindon.

The team had it turned around and fixed for a very reasonable price in 24 hours!

Cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond, will continue to use them for mine and my wife’s car.

Had 2 front tyres fitted a couple of weeks ago but they said they couldn’t do the wheel alignment because the bushes on my front suspension arms are worn and split . They quoted me £480 and said that was the average price for replacing them . They also told me I shouldn’t really be driving the car so I booked it in for the next day . When I left I googled the average price for replacing them and it came up with £173. I called my garage I go to normally and booked my car in for MOT and they advised me I could still drive
My car went in for MOT yesterday and there is absolutely nothing wrong with them ! I’ve heard a lot of things about formula one and they are conning a lot of people out of a lot of money !! Absolutely disgusting and should be closed down !!
