Visited for a service and mot. , Charlene greeted me on arrival took care of my car and gave an excellent quote for extra work required, excellent service

Dealt with Charlene at the Swindon branch today who was very polite and helpful. My girlfriend had hit a pothole and needed a new tyre asap so after a quick phone call I brought the wheel in (off the car) and they had a new tyre on and it all sorted in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic service. Thank you!

I booked and paid for a aircon regas at the Cowley Oxford online only to be told that they cannot do this as the machine was broken,when I phoned for the time slot.
I can not express anough how pleased I was with the Swindon branch, they were so helpful and booked me in, excellent service so helpful.
So much different than Oxford.

Popped in to the branch Sunday to talk to some one about getting my tracking done to where I waited in reception for 20 mins before any one came out to see me while waiting all I could here was swearing being shouted around the workshop when some one finally came to talk to me the lad was very unprofessional saying they could track my car (they have done my car many many times) I ask why and got told because I don’t want to I asked to speak with a manger and there wasn’t one on site what makes it better when I asked the lad why he didn’t have steel toe boots on I was told there not required for the job 🤣👍

I would just like to say, just leaving my home and the windscreen liquid light came on. So I popped into Swindon Formula1 site spoke to very friendly man on reception and within a few moments Dean was filling my windscreen liquid up. Want to say A HUGE THANK YOU TO DEAN who assisted me as I was going to be driving an hour away and may have needed to use it.... THANK YOU SO MUCH .

Excellent customer service as always. Been using this garage for a few years now.

Ordered my tyre online on the Monday. Their website said it was in stock. I booked an appointment for the Tuesday to have it fitted. I received a phone call on the Tuesday to say the tyre hadn't arrived and that it would be in on the Wednesday morning. They said they would phone me to let me know when it arrived. 1330 on the Wednesday I phoned them and was told my tyre was in but no-one to fit it. I eventually had the tyre fitted on the Thursday. Although the lady behind the desk apologised it still took 3 days before they could fit it. Why have an online booking service, advising the tyre is in stock, when it's not and the appointment can't be kept..

Changed two front tyres for good price. As always great customer service form Charlene - she keeps an eye on everything and make jobs done up to the standard.

What a change the right experienced person can do to a business. I can sincerely say that it’s finally good to see management making some positive changes to their Swindon Autocentre.
