Wow, what incredible service! From the moment I arrived, Adam and Mick went above and beyond to resolve my car issue, on a Sunday; offering me a cup of coffee and a place to sit. My car was up and running again within minutes. They were true angels in disguise who came to my rescue in my time of distress. Thank you guys - deep appreciation for you both!

I had concerns about the exhaust on my car and the job was sorted the same day with excellent service- the car runs so much smoother ⭐️

Messed about by centre. Equipment not working and tyre not delivered. Then had call to say tyre is at centre, can I come to the centre pick up my tyre and drive to the next town to another centre to have my tyre fitted!!! I had to agree to due to mot next morning.
Not good communication when things go a bit wrong.

I had an unexpected issue with my car, I pulled into Formula One Autocentre without an appointment and they fixed it there and then for me at a very reasonable cost. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and approachable. I will definitely be using them next time I have any car issues. Thank you for getting me back on the road, I really appreciate all you did.

Booked in for 2 new tyres.
Couldn't be happier with the service.

I turned up 20 minutes before my appointment and was told they were short 1 staff member and there would be a bit of a delay.
This was no problem as I had plenty of time. I sat down to brows the net on my phone.
I was very surprised when I was told that car was done. Only 5 minutes after booked time.

A big shout out to F1 Autocentre in Tonbridge for their great help on a couple of occasions, most recently replacing a faulty valve on a tyre they hadn't fitted, for free. Great service!

I woke up in the morning to a puncture when I needed to work and take my daughter to school and I went round to formula 1 where Adam and Akeem repaired the tyre very quickly and were extremely polite, it was fantastic customer service and they are an asset to the company I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will 100% be coming back again. :)

Thank you to Adam and Mike who got my Wife’s Ford Fiesta through the MOT. It needed a couple of small tweaks which they did while I waited. Been going to F1 for a few years now and this is the reason that I always go back to them. Never a problem with them and always helpful. Thank you guys

Needed to get my daughters car in for a service, mainly to keep her warranty valid, but also, she was just about to go on holiday to Cornwall, so I wanted to make sure the car was in good condition. F1 fitted me in within 2 days at a competitive price, I dealt with a guy called Adam at the Tonbridge branch, and he was polite & friendly and a credit to the business, and the car was serviced & ready to pick up later on in the day.

Car booked in. Well received and great service. It’s a pleasure to visit.

Popped in on the off chance that they could look at my car as I believed the balancing was out. And they fitted me in straight away and it was what I thought. Matt on the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Great, quick experience. Changed my rear light in about 10 minutes and did so with no hassle. Will go back again to get tyres changed soon!
