Always get the tyres that you require at a good price .Paris Lane sorted me a better tyre at a cheaper price..Myself &Family always use this depot..

Couldn’t of had a better experience at formula 1 Westwood, brilliant team! Carried out a MOT and service! Polite, honest and friendly. And the MOT tester is good eye candy to. Would definitely be coming again. And again..

Very good service and polite

they fail me on an mot.when i when to get it repaired of the 4 failed items 1 item which was not faulty when checked by repairers,a light which was an extra on the car so cannot be a fail (ref mot handbook) and they had missed an item which was an mot fail.

Due to work had to drop off day before at lunch time, despite being busy, not a problem at all.
Was kept informed of progress, work completed in time. Excellent service.

It was 5.30 in the evening when I noticed that I had a nail in my tyre, I called the branch who repaired my tyre in a kind professional manor. The price was reasonable too. I have recommended them to my work colleagues and friends.

HIGHLY do NOT recommend. I paid £900 for MOT and full service in October, weeks later my engine management light has turned back on. I had explained that this is a historic problem due to a technical issue with the code as other mechanics have advised me in the past. Once plugged in, the light switches off and usually returns. They insisted that the law has changed on this matter. The light has now returned (no surprises) and Formula One wants to charge me AGAIN just to look at this!! despite having 12-months supposed warranty, and completely denying what he told me about the law change to justify the cost in the first place! Appalling level of customer service from the manager Andrew Jones who spoke over me and refused to find a viable reasonable solution. My family member has been using the garage for years, so I thought I could spend my hard earned money here - never again. Disgraceful customer service and scammers. Don’t be fooled into thinking that this is a professional business like myself. I’m not one to leave a bad review but I am appalled.

Easy ordering, fast service, comfortable waiting area.

Had a new steering rack fitted with new tires, took my car to F1 to have the wheels aligned, all seemed fine noticed a bit of ware on the tyres as one would, 5,132 miles later inside edges of both were bald !!!
Took the car back F1 checked alignment it was out! Then told tyres were illegal would I like some new ONES?
I raised my concerns and was told to speak to his colleague the next day which I did and he told me the tyres were not illegal and FINE lol good to go.
Funny that’s what they said on the 1st alignment!!

I went into Westwood cross branch. I cannot fault the service courtesy and help they gave me. Thank you so very much especially Adam and Dean.

Formula 1 in Westwood cross Ramsgate has restored my faith in this company having used same but different area in the past. A good welcome car ready exactly when told and booked back in after a small fail on the same day. Would definitely recommend Westwood cross and Dean was very helpful despite being run of his feet.

Got tyre next day as promised....polite friendly service. They matched online price. Couldn't find it cheaper elsewhere... 5 star
