The Pit Lane Walk was just amazing

The Pit Lane Walk was just amazing, we have got 8 drivers, with Alex Albon posing with us, with Pierre Gaslys mechanichs letting us into the very garage, with Oliver Bearman signing my son's Haas F1 cap #87.
The kids and me just loved it, keen to go for some more.

Paddock club tickets 2025 Japanese…

Paddock club tickets 2025 Japanese Grand Prix ,
Kai Murray was there for me from start to finish from the moment I was interesting until I got the ticket in Japan ,
I got the direction from him. Everything was easy. I even got the parking tickets thanks to him and the crew. We already working on 2026 thank you, Kai.

5 stars for Japanese GP Experience

The Starter package for the Japanese GP was so amazing! Perfect timing for both track tour and pit lane walk. It was as if we were in the paddock already with Max being in the pit and most teams like Ferrari doing pit stop practice. Was able to get selfies with Kimi and Bono too! Such a memorable experience. Thank you F1 Experiences

Secured awesome tickets with great help!

Ian was an absolute gem to deal with. Super patient with me and my back and forth emails but managed to secure me great seats at the Aus GP as well as an incredible flight over the CBD. I had the BEST time and am so sad the weekend has ended. Can’t wait for 2026 already and I just am so certain I’ll be going through F1 experiences!! Thank you so much Ian!

Exceptional Customer Service

My husband and I had just finished our 2025 Melbourne grand prix weekend.

We punched the 3days Champions Club package. To be honest, will not recommend for a couple of reasons:

1: The Frangio grandstand seat we got allocated was shockingly disappointed. The starting / finish signs were positioned in such a way that they completely obstructed the view of the podium from every angle.

2: The lounge is small and no air-condition. When the temperature was heating up to 35 degree on day 2, we were feeling insanely uncomfortable and It's definitely not big enough to accommodated the crowd.

3: Food and drinks as ordinary as you can imagine, also feel like not there isn't enough supply to everyone.

However, you do get a couple of additional activities with this package. Such as guided paddock tour 30mins, after race pit lane, grid walk, trophy photo opportunity.

If you already had done those activities previously, once again, I wouldn't recommend this package.

It was too busy, silly audio guides

It was too busy (overbooked) and they gave everyone audio guides which meant people were just stopping to listen to stuff being explained to them but blocking the actual exhibits.
Real F1 fans who’ve followed the sport for years will tear their hair out over this. We just want to go and see the cars close up, but ended up stuck in bottle necks because the Netflix era casual crowd stand there having stuff explained to them :(

It was probably priced fairly (given it’s London and everything there is overpriced anyway). They had some amazing cars on display from most eras of the sport. I’d like to maybe have seen more of the earlier cars, but I’m guessing those are so rare to get hold of.

The F1 merch store was overpriced too but then again, all F1 merch is expensive. £80 for a season old T Shirt!

I believe it’s moving to Argentina next after London? My advice, book very early in the day, as afternoon slots are way too busy and hard to see anything. Don’t waste your time with the simulators because it’s literally just the F1 game that most fans probably have at home anyway. It’s not worth the extra price.

Third time not a charm

We went as a group of 4 people to the 2024 Austin GP. This was our 3rd F1 Experience. Our first two were positive experiences (some minor glitches) and we expected the same for this one.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. From the onset we encountered some concerns with neighborhood of the hotel (Hampton Inn East). The hotel itself was clean and nice but the neighborhood was not. We had to Uber everywhere because the neighborhood did not feel safe.
There was a bit of misinformation about the bus schedule. We received an email with the transportation schedule to then be contradicted by hotel signage. We had to call F1 Experiences to straighten it out as the hotel didn't know what to do.
On the day of the race the bus driver made repeated mistakes that delayed our arrival to COTA by at least 30 min. Luckily the F1 Experience team member was able to assist us out of those situations otherwise we would have been an hour late.
More direction at the Paddock Club Experience is needed. Firstly how to get to the club and secondly where to go once we got there. Otherwise the Paddock Hospitality Suite was the highlight of the trip with amazing food and guest speaker Valtteri Bottas.
We emailed F1 Experiences afterwards and they responded with a thanks for the feedback and that they will do better in the future.
For us, we are likely to use another F1 hospitality offering in the future.

Unacceptable Ticket Cancellation

I've updated my review to three stars because they have been extremely apologitic and are apparently going out of their way to fix it. Not fixed yet but very hopeful. 23/01/24

We booked two tickets in October through F1 Experiences to the 2025 Melbourne F1 for $6800. They sent us am email overnight saying sorry they overbooked and they have no tickets for us now!!!! We have unrefundable flights, hotels. It is unacceptable, I will never use them again.

Amazing time at Abu Dhabi

We had an amazing time and were taken very good care of by Harrison Wignall and the team at F1 Experiences. Harrison worked tirelessly to answer my many questions ahead of the race.

We totally enjoyed everything that was offered over the course of the weekend. I will be writing to CEO Keith Bruce (whom we met) to express our thanks.

Fantastic weekend hosted by F1 experiences

my sister and I recently returned from Abu Dhabi Grand Prix hosted by the team at F1 experiences.. we paid for F1 Legends. which was recommended by Harley and let me say, we were not disappointed. Had a video call just before we flew out so he could showcase our experience step-by-step. Upon arrival at the hotel a package was waiting for us with all of our passes including identification. greeted by Jack, Kathi and the team on arrival. We were seated in the best position in this suite. Constant personal updates on what's happening through the day. The service was 2nd to none by the team that provided the food and drink polite, chatty and great fun. The whole weekend went down so well . VIP access to every single area possible, a great position on the track and the ability to walk all the way down the paddock for drinks and cocktails and food. Will definitely be back for next season. The only bad decision, which was nothing to do with F1 experiences, we stayed at the W hotel on Yas Island, I would highly recommend you do NOT stay here. Pints of lager at 20 quid each, everything was double the price on race weekend, music blaring from the top of the hotel right through reception from 6:30 pm until 7:30 am every single day, impossible to sleep without earplugs. The staff were fantastic and helpful the rooms were clean and a great view of the track and obviously it was very local. But this is a party hotel not a hotel, more focus was paid to the visitors and the contractors hiring out the bars and restaurants where residence had to pay to go in. Like I said, more of a nightclub than a hotel. If you are residence, you have to be clear from all bars by 9 o'clock every night .... saying that, there are decenthotels literally 150 yards down the bottom of the road. Definitely be back to Abu Dhabi but definitely will not stay at the W hotel all in all fabulous weekend, thanks again to the F1 experience team.

This was my first F1 Experience

This was my first time of Hospitality at a Formula 1 event and I can only say that the experience over the three days in Qatar was exceptional. The Paddock walks, the grid walk and the view of the weekends racing from the best location on the track combined with superb food and service from all of the staff in the Champions Club suite made the whole weekend totally outstanding and unforgettable. Can’t wait to work out which race to go to next.

Qatar F1

One word , EXCELLENT.

My first F1 trip abroad and I expected it to be good but my expectations were exceeded in every area.
Hospitality suite / staff / food were all top grade. Lots of food options.

Special mention to the 3 young chaps working in the sales booth over the 3 days. Any queries were answered very quickly and in a very professional manner. This was also commented on by some guests we didn’t know but ended up sharing a table with over the weekend.

Will definitely do this again.

Missold F1 Las Vegas experience

This is in relation to 38-35578/NEV as well as #K54513056 and #Z14669767.

In short, I felt rarely more disappointed and more defrauded. You pay USD 1000 and get nothing for it but being able to stand in an enclosed area, like a zoo animal!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the "Caesars Palace Formula 1 Experience" that I recently attended. Given the high price point of nearly USD 1000, including fees, I feel that the experience was significantly misrepresented and did not meet expectations.

The area designated for the event was extremely small and did not offer much beyond the “changing the tyre station“, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. Additionally, the existence of a further VIP experience with a higher stand, which was not advertised, exacerbated the situation. The prices for drinks were excessively high, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.

Furthermore, the standing/viewing area was poorly designed, offering no clear view of the track unless one was standing right by the concrete bollards. This made it impossible to fully appreciate the event, which was the primary reason for our attendance.

Considering the substantial amount paid, I believe we were entitled to a much higher standard of service and experience. This event did not feel special or exclusive, which is particularly disappointing as advertised under a reputable brand like Caesars Palace. This experience has unfortunately tarnished the image I had of your brand(s).

As a gesture of goodwill and in acknowledgment of the shortcomings of this event, I kindly request a partial refund. I believe this is a fair request given the circumstances and the significant discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered.

Vegas Club Paris Outstanding

Wonderful event - from start to finish, no problems with booking and then in days experience in vegas . The food , drink and overall hospitality was great at Club Paris . Would recommend doing it again.
