Fabric descriptions accurate and swift despatch. Weekend order arrived Tuesday, excellent service

Once again Fabric Land and their excellent staff have come through with the goods. Brilliant choice of fabtics at amazing prices, they never disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Like another customer below, I was misled by the description and images on the website, and then found the aftersales unhelpful. I bought some satin which was described as 'emerald green' and it appeared emerald green in the pictures. When it arrived, it was more of a murky green, and no use to me. After I emailed Fabric Love, including a photo taken on my own phone, I received a phone call from a staff member, who said she had tried taking a picture of the fabric on the roll for comparison, and it had come out as blue. She said this proved the problem was just 'screen resolution'. When I asked if I could return the fabric - 2.5m, which I would consider an easy cut for resale - she said no, and that I should get a swatch next time. I almost always buy my fabric online and have never had this problem before. I felt the description of the fabric was misleading and the aftersales service was poor. Now, I am stuck with fabric I can't use.

Excellent company, great range of fabrics, accurate orders are delivered quickly. Only downside is the delivery costs can be a bit too high compared to other fabric suppliers. I guess it is Because they use Royal Mail .

This company trades on the pictures they have on the website which are very misleading and false.
I purchased some fabric that clearly showed 2 colours side by side, white and ivory, I chose the ivory, when it arrived it was so white I placed it against my white door and it clearly showed it was pure white, I contacted them with the pictures I took, to be told it’s a bespoke cut length not refundable, when questioned on the colour their poor excuse was the other white is a brilliant white, shocking customer service and also misleading pictures, should be prosecuted under trading standards for misleading customers, their postal charges are a total rip off, shameful company.

Amazing customer service, I recently placed order and left note asking for urgent delivery and got my order delivered for next day, prices and fabric quality brilliant as well. I’m so pleased with my purchase. Thank you

Yet another really positive experience buying online from Fabricland - great prices and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The delivery is always quick and well packed. They are my first port of call when looking for fabric. My only wish is that the Brighton store could reopen!

You'd be hard-pushed to find a cheaper fabric shop online! I've been ordering from Fabric Land for over 10 years now and the staff are always super helpful and friendly. Delivery is fast usually the next day too :)

I found Fabric land after not being able to phone a company I had dealt with, all I wanted was advice, as it so happened I found what I needed on Fabric land's website without having to call, I ordered, paid and the stuff arrived the very next day, good service, if I'm in need of any material at any time in the future ( NOT time travel future you understand) then Fabric land will be my first port of call.

The attention of the staff at the Nepean store could be better. They are sour and unfriendly people. The inventory is good and quality, but the attention could be better. I bought the membership, and with such inadequate attention, I don't want to come back. Being inside the store before closing my account and paying for the products chosen, my daughter asked for a new cut of fabric and the staff refused to cut 80 cm of fabric. It is a terrible customer service.

I have been going to Fabricland Surrey for many years. The service is great. They go out of their way to search for a specific need. I would love to express my thanks for an excellent and effective service with a smile. Special appreciation to Barbara K and Barbara C. Both are so positive.

I have been using (both store, phone and online) for many years. I have had the odd rare blip, but just phoning them and telling if they can get it sorted they will. Just ordered some interfacing for my stash, packed well and delivered quickly. When you deal with the staff at their head office, they are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. They also have a YouTube channel, with hints tips and info on their product. Would recommend them & definitely use them again.

Tried ordering some fabric on line, not an easy site, so I called and spoke to a lovely lady, ordered my fabric, and it arrived the next day. Great service and the speed of delivery was amazing.

As usual Great Service from Fabric Land A Lovely Lady on the phone took my order , Fabric Land Staff always pack things perfectly so it Travels well , and great care is taken with orders , I Love this Company , we only live a few miles from one of their Stores , but ordering online saves all the Hassle of trying to park etc. A super 5* Company I happily recommend.

Cannot fault the customer service and quick delivery. UK companies like this should be cherished. They are efficient, helpful and great to deal with.

As a small company I can rely on Fabric land to deliver promptly & always have what I need in stock. With the added bonus of the points system the prices for bulk buying are excellent.

This review is based on a telephone enquiry, rather than a buying experience. But this experience left me wanting to go elsewhere rather than consider buying at the store.
Spoke to Christine about curtain fabrics. Polite, but clearly wanting to get off the phone as soon as possible, from the moment the call was answered.
Christine said they only sell dress making fabrics and if you want any curtains to visit another particular store in Westbourne.
2 stars because I did not discover what they sell, nor was I encouraged to visit and look at their other curtain making materials.

Fabulous fabrics at great prices. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Always getting in new fabrics for the different seasons. Lovely shops. Online is easy to do, and prompt delivery

Charging premium for shipment to "Scottish lowlands" and slapping a standard royal mail stamp on the parcel with roughly half the shipping cost value (remind me, since when does royal mail charge more for stamps to Glasgow?) and then when the shipment does not arrive they expect that I waste my time to go to the post office since it "might be there", not having any tracking information beyond proof of shipment and basically leaving it to me to make sure their shipment arrives. (I know the royal mail guy here and he's very reliable and I'm pretty sure he would either have left a card or told me that there's a parcel sitting in the office for a week now, since I've seen him a few times since then, so most likely it was simply lost in transit) Not helpful at all, didn't offer to contact royal mail themselves or anything like that.
