Milton Keynes Faces by AKJ are the most professional aesthetic providers around. They genuine provide an excellent service and care about your wellbeing. If you are looking for a natural yet bracing look I would highly recommend them, Georgia and Maria are being so approachable and make you feel at ease. Thank you very much.

The worst so-called “professional” I’ve ever come across. Georgina Sexton is careless, heavy-handed, and clearly unqualified to do fillers. My face was left bruised, uneven, and lumpy, a complete disaster. When confronted, she was arrogant, dismissive, and took zero responsibility, I felt like she's been avoiding me and the fact that she completely disgraced my face. This woman is dangerous, she think what she's doing is ok, for her it's fun. Do not trust her with your face under any circumstances.
It cost me fortune to dissolve what she over exaggerated and in general, fix my face back to normal look. Your response is both misleading and disappointing.
The reason you have "no record" of me attending your clinic is because the majority of my treatments were carried out at my home, not at your clinic. Payments were made either in cash or by bank transfer, and I am able to provide evidence of those transactions, same as conversations between myself and Georgina arranging visits at my home.
The only occasions I attended your Bedford clinic were arranged directly through messages and not through your booking system, see video attached where she performed threads on me. Therefore, the absence of records within your booking platform does not mean that I was not your client.
Rather than addressing the concerns raised in my review, you have chosen to suggest that I am a jealous ex-colleague and have implied dishonesty without providing any evidence. This is unprofessional and does nothing to address the issues I experienced.
My review reflects my genuine experience as a paying client. Disagreeing with feedback does not automatically make it defamatory. Threatening legal action and references to IP addresses do not change the facts of my experience.
If your records genuinely do not reflect treatments performed privately, payments received outside your booking system, or appointments arranged directly via messages, that raises questions about your own record-keeping rather than the validity of my review.
I stand by the comments I have made and am happy to provide supporting evidence of our transactions and communications, please provide me email where this can be shared!!!

I have been a customer at Faces for many years, initially when Aimee was based in Hyde. I now visit the clinic in Milton Keynes. I simply cannot rate FacesbyAKJ high enough, the whole team are super friendly and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and are the top of their game. Georgie in Milton Keynes makes you feel like a best friend, always remembers you and your treatments despite the amount of people she may see and time between appointments. She gives valuable and truthful advice and the results of her work are amazing. I simply would not go anythere else. The clinic is so clean and comfortable with a calming, warm atmosphere. You are missing out if you are not using faces for all your aesthetic needs.

This is hands down the most amazing aesthetic place I have ever been to (Faces MK) I travel a substantial amount of time to get here, and it is worth every single minute.

My regular nurse is Georgie, who is not only incredibly skilled but genuinely one of the most patient and lovely people I’ve ever met. I’m definitely not the least fussy person when it comes to what I want and don’t want, and she never rushes me, she takes absolutely ages to make sure everything is perfect and that I feel completely comfortable and listened to.

Georgie has recently been on holiday, so I saw Nurse Marie for the first time, and she was equally as wonderful. She was just as kind, reassuring, and professional, which really speaks volumes about the team here.

Everyone at this clinic always has a smile on their face and never, ever makes you feel rushed. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and genuinely caring. Absolutely lovely from start to finish - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at FacesMK today. As always, Georgie provided excellent service, extremely professional, friendly, and really puts you at ease. It was my first time getting Botox, but I felt completely safe and well cared for throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt very educated and confident in the process.
