I am here to say my experience was not a scam. I ordered the FINISHER. AND
I GOT IT
Yes it did take quite awhile to get here and I started reading around and seen all these bad reviews and possible scam and started to worry. specially after it had said it was delivered and it wasn't here .. I had a package that was arriving the next day so when I grabbed that I seen a extra package and there it was .... I mean it is coming from china..It really did feel more like 2 months but i ordered it March 15th got a tracking the next day and it arrived April 4th... I still have not received the extra blades tho but I'm sure it will come too ... and remember it's coming from china alot can happen from here to there ....I hope you all get what you paid for and your package arrives..

bought the clippers and received the blades;no clippers. I waited 2 + months like everyone else. I reached out to them the day I got the blades and said I wanted to return them as they were of no use to me. They never responded back after a couple attempts. I retracted the payment from my CC , but disputed it and got the money back. Right now I am in the process of further disputing this . I just want to return these, that is all. They say 100% money back guarantee so not sure what the issue is

Lieferung dauerte fast einen Monat. Dann haben das Maschinenöl und die Reinigungsbürste gefehlt. Dazu noch eine zusätzlich bestellte Taperklinge.
Auf Anfrage beim Support kam lediglich, dass die Klinge im Karton mit eingelegt wurde und der zuständige Mitarbeite dies nach Rückspache bestätigt hätte.
Ich wollte mein Geld für die Klinge zurück haben und darauf wurde nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten reagiert.
Zudem ist dieses Gerät eine Kopie des Ronin ProFade aus Spanien. Doch das Original hat jeweils eine Klinge für die rechte und linke Seite. Die Kopie von Fading Culture allerdings nicht.
Auch haben die Klingen eine eher überschaubare Qualität.
Lasst die Finger von dem Gerät und diesem Anbieter oder lernt einfach einen Fade selber zu machen ohne solche Aufsätze, ist nicht so schwer.

Sendung wurde elektronisch angekündigt, dann ist 2 Monate nichts passiert. Auf Emails wurde nicht geantwortet. Ich habe einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet und mein Geld erstattet bekommen. Einen Monat später kam die Ware doch an (mit anderer Sendungsnumner als ursprünglich angegeben) Jetzt habe ich Ware, die ich eigentlich nicht mehr brauche, und die nicht bezahlt ist und nicht bezahlt werden kann, da Fading Culture nicht auf meine Nachrichten antwortet und mir keine Rechnung schickt

Yes, it is a scam. Same email people are receiving about out of stock. Someone please do a youtube video so that people no longer buy this.. Also make comments on people who reviewed the product to say its not real.

Feels like a scam, I ordered in February they sent an email it was out of stock now and will be available and sent after 1-2 weeks but my credit card was charged already. Now it’s been almost 1-2 months nothing, don’t hear back from the company. The add was on face book and instagram so be careful !

Der Verkäufer Name ist"Fadingerculture.de"aber Tatsächlich kommt die Bestellung aus China in Form von zwei klingen.Wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung erhalten möchten, bieten sie an, das Paket nach China zu schicken aber gleichzeitig es auf 10 € zu schätzen.Was bereits ist ein Zollbetrug und damit ein Rechtsverstoß!Brauchen eine rechtsfähige Person,die diese Betrüger bestraft!

Dégouté déçu et pire encore s’il vous plaît regardez les avis c’est très important !!!!J’ai fait confiance en leur pub a la fin sa fait bientôt 2 mois j’attends la commande aller-retour à la boîte au lettre pour voir mais riiiien.

Never got a tracking number and one month later, no refund and no product in hand. They never answer emails either.

I placed an order on 3/8/23, and I am still waiting to hear back from this company. I have sent multiple emails and I have not received a reply. This company should stop advertising if they can't handle the demand.

Nur klingen angekommen zusätzlich Klinge bestellt diese waren nicht dabei
Rücksendung der klingen gestaltet sich schwierig- Maschine wurde nun angeboten um 20€ Ermäßigung- keine Ahnung ob ich diese bekomme
Ware wird erst Tage nach Bezahlung verschickt aus China trotz express Lieferung die extra bezahlt wurde waren die klingen 3wochen unterwegs
Die Maschine habe ich nicht erhalten
Teures Lehrgeld hoffe dass das Geld über Paypal irgendwie zurück geholt werden kann. Für 120€ klingen und Maschine hätte mein Mann das ganze Jahr zum Friseur gehen können

Bei der Bestellung denkt man kauft das Set in Wirklichkeit sind es nur die Klingen-

Une grosse arnaque, ne jamais acheter. J'ai fais l'erreur de commander la tondeuse pour 49.99€ pour qu'au final on m'envoie deux lames et non la tondeuse... pour 49.99€ deux lames, c'est extrêmement chère. Qu'est ce que je vais bien faire avec c'est lames sans la tondeuse? Des gros arnaqueurs😡😡

This company is terrible. I ordered clippers and all they sent me was too small blades. Then they wanted me to flip the return shipping cost. if you don't want to waste money and time I would recommend not using this company.

Total SCAM I ordered mine late Feb and the only I recieved today 3/29/23 was freaking blades which do me no freaking good because they haven't sent me the dang CLIPPERS. I've been emailing them and only someone name Kathleen response offering 20% on other freaking products. Unreal.....Do not buy from these people

Same feedback as everyone else. This company is a complete scam. You will never receive what you ordered and their customer service won't respond if you ask for a refund. DO NOT BUY. If you've already purchased, the best route toward getting your money back is to submit a dispute with your credit card company.

Ordered on 02/09/23, still no product as of this review on 03/28/23.

Scam. Never received order. They make claims about stock and inventory coming back in 7-15 days. Do not fall for this scam.

I purchased some items from them at the beginning of February. This is what I get from them. We are now at the end of March same BS.

Bei der Bestellung wurden "7 verfügbare Geräte" angezeigt, mit Lieferzeit von 2-3 Tagen. Am folgenden Tag erhielt ich die gleiche Nachricht wie andere hier: "Lieferung verzögert sich um 7-14 Tage".
Nachdem ich mehrere mal nachgefragt habe wo die Lieferung bleibt, habe ich das Gerät nach 4 Wochen erhalten. Laut Nachverfolgungslink ist das Gerät erst nach Bestellung aus China verschifft worden. Hier wil jmd sein Kapital nicht binden und arbeitet mit dem Geld der Kunden und so wenig wie möglich Risiko eingehen. Tja, man muss schon etwas investieren um nachhaltig erfolgreich zu werden, sonst straft der Markt!
