We have known Scot for many years and he has always adhered to our needs and made the process very easy. We were given all the options and he put forward suggestions which turned out to be perfect. Delivery was when we requested and on time. The delivery men were pleasant, curious and respectful of your property. VERY PLEASED .

Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your recent purchase with us. We are sorry that you were disappointed that we did not remove the packaging when we delivered your items. The original sales order (that you signed) does show that you selected our Essential delivery, which states “[delivery] to any accessible room, not including unpacking, assembly or set-up of any items”.
Our delivery options would have been explained to you at the time of your order, as well as available to view anytime in the customer information pack (that you were given) and on our website. We are sorry that you feel these options were not made clear to you, and we will look at how we can make this clearer for our customers going forward. Kind regards – Fairway Furniture

Scott provided excellent customer service and kept us well updated regarding delivery. Having had the identical sofa ( liked it so much we ordered another!) delivered without any problems three months ago we were a little surprised that this time the deliverers struggled. But all is well and the sofa is great.
