We went into the store at Parr Market in Cornwall to actually kill some time! We had never visited a Fairway store before and were impressed with the styles and quality of your sofas. We were served by Andrea Grose, who was polite, chatty and super informative. We ended up buying a suite plus a storage pouffe! It arrived a little later than 4 weeks but not by much. We are so happy with it, i cant thank Andrea enough for being so patient with us... not in a million years would i have thought a miss timed trip to Par Market would result in buying a beautiful suite. Thank you Andrea you are a star! xx

The salesman was happy to spend time with us answering questions and showing us the manufacture sample of the mattress which explained a lot. Good feedback on delivery timing. Professional, smart and polite delivery people.

Needed a new suite
Needed a new suite. Went to St Austell Fairway Furniture store. We met a salesman called Will, who looked after our every need possible. Was made to feel welcome from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We were allowed to wander around with no sales pressure at all, which is something I like. When we found what we liked, Will was there to help guide us through our options. My husband and I came away feeling happy and very impressed by the way we were helped and advised throughout our visit.
Many thanks to all at Fairway Furniture.
I couldn’t rate our shopping experience higher, and would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant
Will (not sure on his last name) in St Austell branch was brilliant, I'm fussy and always have a hundred questions and queries however he was very patient and positive, explained everything in detail and continued to communicate until our corner suite arrived.
Overall experience was brilliant. Would definitely go back for future purchases

Outstanding service on purchase of a new bed from Fairway.
My purchase of a new adjustable bed was seamless right through to delivery & set up, & even taking my old bed away! The staff in the St.Austell store were very helpful & gave the right amount of help without being pushy.
The men who delivered the bed were also super helpful & very polite.
As a full time Carer this was an extra thing to see to on my already full schedule, but I can honestly say that Fairway staff made it an easy process & are a delight to deal with.
I am thrilled with my purchase & with the service I received. Well done Fairway!

Very Poor Service
The sale was fine, it was an ex display bed, mattress and headboard.
I didn't want delivery yet as I was moving house but had to agree to delivery. We agreed everything would be wrapped and delivered to my current address and I would move the bed with the house move.
Upon receipt of bed, the delivery men apologised prior to unloading the bed.....the protecting sheets for the mattress had fallen off as they were held together with one piece of tape. The rest was not much better. We all spent time cleaning the mattress. Definitely not acceptable!!
In hindsight I should have rejected the delivery as none of the goods arrived in a satisfactory condition.
I will not mention the conversation I had when I phoned the store to complain, providing photos along with those taken by the delivery men.
We have also found a small tear in the headboard material at the base which will not be visible.
The store manager did contact me to apologise and agreed that they would replace the bed if any further damage was found after unwrapping everything when I have moved.
Unfortunately my experience with Fairway Furniture is way below acceptable standards. I have lots of new furniture to buy but will not be shopping here again.

As a family run local independent business we pride ourselves on our customer service, and whilst we are pleased that our store manager has already been in touch and offered to replace the bed should any further damage be found after your move, we completely understand that this does not undo the disappointment and frustration caused by the poor condition of the packaging and the state of the items on arrival. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
We also regret that your initial contact with the store regarding your concerns ended in an unsatisfactory and unprofessional way and is not what we would expect. We can assure you that your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so we can review our packaging and delivery processes to help prevent this from happening again.
We understand why this experience has affected your confidence in shopping with us, and we are genuinely sorry to hear that you would not currently consider returning. If there is anything further we can do to assist once you have unpacked everything following your move, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We remain committed to putting things right wherever possible.

All fine, chair brilliant. Only thing niggling I expected the chair to be delivered assembled which it was not. Delivery men were early also good.

We completed our order online at home and took delivery a few weeks later. Furniture delivered all the way from Plymouth to Cheshire fuss free.

Fairway was a 5* experience
At the Fairway store we came across a lovely lady called Karen, she found us the perfect corner sofa and delivery was a few days later. The service from the store and delivery was 5* and I would go to Fairways for furniture in the future.
