Great staff and delivery service
Great staff lots of patience with the kids even with my son who has adhd laying on all the beds. This is second mattress we have brought from Karen she was so helpful. And the delivery man took the mattress upstairs to my sons bedroom.

Our customer information pack (that all customers are given when they place an order) states “it is your responsibility to protect existing floorcoverings and furnishings during the delivery. This is important, as any protective packaging on your furniture may have become marked during transit and our delivery teams cannot remove their footwear as this impedes safe working practices”. This information is also available on our website. Our sales team do try and highlight this with our customers every time an order is placed, but we will be reminding all of our staff to make sure all customers are aware of this requirement going forward. Fanatstic service
Excellent choice of furniture at reasonable prices with knowledgeable staff that made the purchase process very simple. Each visit we have found what we need and the delivery service was fantastic. The delivery drivers were friendly and put the goods where required and were very careful and efficient in getting the furniture in.

Great customer service, not too pushy. Left us to look and staff available when we needed to talk to someone.
Good choice of mattresses to look at, which helped our choice.
Great delivery service with polite men, who made the delivery service seamless. A collection of our old mattress at the same time. Knowing our old mattress will be recycled where possible.

After paying over £2 ,000 for the suite, which we paid in full before delivery and bits and pieces we then asked to pay £35 to screw on the feet which was not mentioned at the time. The gentlemen were told by my wife that I had had a triple heart bypass and both of us could not lift being aged 73 and 74. With reluctance we paid the £35

Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase with us. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the recent delivery of your suite.
We do offer a choice of delivery options. The standard delivery option which you chose (which is on the original sales order that you signed) states we offer “standard delivery-to any accessible room not including any unpacking, removal of packaging or set up of any items”. Our delivery and set up service (which comes with an additional fee) does include full removal of packaging, assembly and placing in the room of your choice. These delivery options would have been discussed with you at the time of ordering. The majority of our items come very well packaged from the supplier in order to minimise damage, and our store teams do discuss this packaging and what our customers can expect on delivery. Our customer information pack which you were provided with also states “your items will be left in manufacturers packaging for you to unwrap and make ready for use-disposal of the packaging will be your responsibility”. We do try to make our delivery options as clear as possible, and it is regrettable that on this occasion you feel we have not done so.
As a family run business with over 167 years of experience, we strive to deliver a first class, fully transparent service, and we apologise that on this occasion you feel we did not provide this for you. please be assured we will be discussing this issue with our stores, in order to ensure our customers are fully aware of the delivery options.
