Fairway are among the best local companies I have had dealings with. From the helpfulness of all store staff, to the efficient communications from them to keep customers up to date with the progress of their orders. The delivery time was adhered to and delivery personnel pleasant.

The two guys who delivered the new mattress were both very efficient and polite, and were away in about fifteen minutes with all the wrapping and old mattress.

From first setting foot in the store to our carpet being measured & laid the service was 1st class. When our furniture arrived, again 1st class service. I cannot recommend Fairway Furniture highly enough.

We found stylish, well-made furniture and they coordinated delivery with us, to enable a carpet-fitting first. Delivery and installation was undertaken with care and consideration. when we visited the store the new,young member of staff was helpful and although he didn't know the answers to some of our queries he was quick to find out from experienced colleagues.

Georgia was extremely helpful as we visited a few times over the months, she went out of her way passing on information.
Delivery men were excellent in the heat of the day with removing our old couch and installation of the new.

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Harry, at the Tavistock store, was extremely helpful without making us feel pressurised at any time. After our initial purchase, there was a hiccup with our house purchase, so we had to cancel our order, but we were so happy with the quality of the furniture and the Customer Service, we went back and reactivated our order and added more items, a few weeks later. Harry and the Team at Tavistock store are a credit to Fairway Furniture. We were able to split our delivery, as our sofa will take 20+ weeks to be delivered, the delivery team delivered part of our order last week and they were excellent too. I would highly recommend a visit to the Team in Tavistock.
