Staff polite and very helpful. Recliner chairs kindly stored for us at Lee Mill for a month. One well known make of electric recliner chair faulty on delivery so awaiting engineer to visit on 26th May to ascertain damage. All in all a good experience of Fairway Furniture’s service.

Fairway Furniture Tavistock great service …
Neil and Elliot were very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me plenty of space to make sure I was happy with my bed and mattress purchases. They also held onto my order until I was ready to take delivery which was a great help. The delivery guys were friendly, professional and did a brilliant job putting the heavy beds together. Great service all round.

Very shabby company
Very shabby company. Sofas took 2 months to arrive and they had black marks on them. 2 new sofas were made, one still arrived with a black mark on it. Not what you expect for spending £2.5k on brand new sofas. Arranged for management to come and view the 2nd set of marked sofas and he never showed up. I telephoned the shop to find out where he was and he picked up the phone at which point I asked him what he was doing answering the phone when he should have been at my house for the complaint issue. Do not touch this firm with a bargepole. Shocking company and shocking management too

We have reviewed your order and can confirm that your furniture was delivered within the time frame quoted at the time of purchase in store.
We would like to reassure you that we did take your concerns very seriously and arranged for replacement sofas to be made with the manufacturer as quickly as possible, with the new specification you requested. We also understand your frustration regarding the second delivery not meeting expectations.
In regard to the missed appointment, we sincerely apologise that we were unable to attend within the agreed time frame. As we hope you will appreciate, our management team also has responsibilities in store and on occasion situations arise that are outside of our control. We understand that our store manager remained in contact with you, made efforts to keep you informed and offered to arrange a further appointment on the same day.
We are very disheartened by your comments. As a family business, we strive to provide both high-quality products and a high level of customer service, and we regret that on this occasion you feel we have fallen short.
