Trent and Karen provided conveyancing services for the sale of our existing house and purchase of a new one. Our existing house was a leasehold shared ownership and the new house had an unregistered title so not a straightforward case! Regardless of this Trent provided great advice, worked in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his communication.
