A genuinely fantastic service. Katie and her team dealt with matters promptly and efficiently. The app is very convenient and when I had a question, responses were consistently provided within 24 hours. If you are happy to do a bit of chasing of ither parties via estate agents etc. to help keep things moving, you will have a very efficient sale process and a very reasonable cost. Proceeds arrived promptly on completion and risk procedures provided full confidence that my funds eere safe throughout the process.

Oreva at ONP went above and beyond when managing the the conveyancing for our house sale. She superbly navigated the process which required work with our council, gathering further details for the property and continued to provide clear and timely updates throughout the process. I highly recommend working with her.

I am a first time buyer and was told by so many people that property purchase process is very stressful but Nighat made the process look so smooth, i couldn’t imagine. While Nighat was on leave, i was still being helped by her team members like Gemma and Robert. Hence, the timely updates were really great.

Contracts have now been exchanged and i am hoping that completion process will also be smooth.

I had a really positive experience with ONP and, in particular, Seb, who dealt with my conveyancing.

Throughout the process, Seb was extremely efficient, professional and responsive. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries or requests were dealt with promptly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening and what was required from me, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful.

This is the second time we’ve used OnPoint and we think the service they offer is fantastic. The fact that the app allows you to send and receive documents very quickly is great. The fees are very reasonable.
