Family Autos レビュー

Absolutely fantastic service from Martin and Josh. Professional courteous and the attention to detail absolutely perfect. Was looking for a specific vehicle and Martin found it. Fully updated at every step. I live on the south coast but would have no hesitation travelling up to Brigg for my next purchase. If you need a great vehicle at a great price look no further. Thank you Martin.

Well organised, polite, helpful, honest and informative. Car as described, we’ve had it just over two months and it’s great. Highly recommend

My wife and I have again chosen Family Autos for the resale and acquisition of replacement quality motor vehicles.
The reason we continue to use the services of Martin and Josh is that we have a total trust in their ability to obtain for us the highest specification of vehicle at the best possible price. Our recently purchased Range Rover Sport was presented in impeccable condition and delivered to our home. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough to anyone seeking to purchase a quality used motor vehicle.

I was looking for a Mercedes Benz S Class Coupe and saw an unusual S500 Night Edition Coupe on the Family Autos Ltd., site. It was a Designo Selenite Grey Magno Car and super scarce. I decided to put a deposit down over the phone as I was impressed with all the positive reviews Martins business had achieved. I then went ahead with the deal in good faith at a very fair price. The process was very smooth and I felt comfortable throughout. However unfortunately a month later there was an issue with the car that neither of us could have foreseen. I emailed Martin and I received a prompt response. Martin took back the car, gave me an executive courtesy car and had the problem resolved expediently. I decided to write this review as I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the excellent customer services I received. Furthermore, I would have no hesitation buying from Martin again....Maybe I might ask him to source an S63 Yellow Edition in a couple of years time.....
Update - Sold my car for 10% more than I paid for it, had owned it for over two years and covered nearly 6000 miles😳
