Despite all bad reviews I’ve read, I’ve got to say Fanatics delivered a perfect service for me. My item was even delivered a day earlier than expected, no wrong items or anything, everything went smooth. I’m not even someone who leaves reviews on anything but I had to this time.

Ordered a Mercedes F1 team top for myself, but my wife had bought me one as a surprise, so I sent it back via royal mail tracked which I had to pay for. Their FAQ stated 7-10 days for the refund to be sent back, now 3 weeks later, customer service is hopeless, live chat is like trying to contact the dead (probably how more success)

Guideline of 8-10 days for delivery. Almost 3 weeks now and no delivery. Multiple emails to their non-existent customer service.
Bought a gift and it likely won't arrive in time now.

Do not ever buy anything from this company. You cannot get hold of them, no one answers and the online chat doesn't work.
My order was sent incorrectly and I can't get my money back.
I will be reporting them to trading standards.
They should not be allowed to have a sign of the FA when they are not.
This company is a joke and should shut down

Alles perfekt. Versteh die vielen negativen Bewertungen gar nicht. Verdammt schnelle Lieferzeit und top Qualität. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder bestellen.

I pre-ordered a Chiefs Super Bowl jersey for my boyfriends birthday on March 1st. On May 30th I received a refund from Fanatics for what I can only assume would be this order without any email communication from the company explaining the refund. I emailed their customer service team on May 30th to check and have followed up again but still yet to receive a response. It seems in the meantime the item I ordered has come into stock on the website but is no longer in stock in my boyfriend’s size. Disappointed by the lack of communication from the company. Shocking an item I pre-ordered can be cancelled only to be stocked on the website. Can’t even get back to my email. Terrible customer service.

Hoy 15 días después, no he recibido el pedido. Es muy dificil ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered two t-shirts over 3 weeks ago and still no sign of them arriving. Have emailed to cancel the order twice with no response from the company and no update on the order. I will never use this company again.

I have had a bad experience with Fanatics. It's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my order and when I contacted them there said to me my item is sold out but yet there still took my money. I am not happy at all

I ordered Atletico Madrid jersey with printing from official online store, which turned out to be operated by fanatics.

Order has been placed on 13th June with delivery date set on 28th june. its 10th July today, and i did not recieve my package. On tracking it's shown that my parcell is stuck in Belgium since 19th June.
update: It ended up arriving 21st july

Customer service ain't working, and it's extremely hard to find a way to contact them

After multiple tries,I ended up contacting Fanatics main website chat assistant, who said he created an email ticket to resolve my issue in 24-48h. It's been well over a week,and ticket confirmation or ticket itself didn't arrive into my email.

Turned out my package was sent to TAIWAN (Belgium->Taiwan->Poland quite a journey lmao), that's why it was over 3 weeks late, but i learned that at the post office after seeing big stamp MISSENT TO TAIPEI on parcell, not from them clowns despite me trying to get that info for 3 weeks (It wasn't shown on their tracking).

So, it arrived almost month late, to this day i couldn't contact anybody from this clown ass company (tried maaany times).
Print quality is trash, half of the letters were peeling off from the start, and large glue leftovers are sticking out off them, it looks like 6 yo kid made this print in less than 10 minutes.

Print quality is 3/10, at least letters aren't crooked or misplaced, if they would be -> insta refund (if i could at all).

Avoid this company. In case of any trouble, you will be left alone and without any help, they literally don't give a fk about customer after you paid.
It should be a disgrace and reputation ruiner for any club to collaborate with clownatics intl in their current customer service state.

Ordered a PSG kit for my sons 10ty birthday. Didnt arrive in time and no help given. Asked for a refund and won’t be using this site again.

I ordered a Yankee jersey. Upon arrival I discovered it was worn or touched before as it has stains on it. I asked for a partial refund or otherwise a replacement jersey at the same price.

The only thing you get is a stupid e-mail saying return shipping costs are for free. When I would order the same jersey again, that ‘special’ promo code that I was lucky to use before, won’t be available so I would end up paying more as before.

Terrible company, 2nd time they mess up an order or misinform about size charts.

I placed an order around 6 months ago, unfortunately it doesn't fit so i need to return. I can no longer log into my account (i may have forgotten my password) i have done the "forgotten password" and do not get any emails ro reset it. The online suppprt is non existence, for six month's when i try to speak to somone it comes up saying no one is available at this time, i have tried every hour of every day and get nowhere. If i could give zero i would, 1 star is far to high for a company this poorly ran.

Awful customer service

Cancelled order and no way of understanding why. For 2 days now live chat says

“ Unfortunately, our Fan Advocates are currently not available and will be back shortly.”

Best just admit to not having a service

Won’t use again

Ordered a hoodie, got confirmation email etc, next day get cancellation email saying I cancelled the order which I didn’t and know have to wait until 10 business days for refund!!!!

Avoid at all costs

Ok so ordered a Chicago bulls top then read reviews on here . Was scared to be honest but glad I read these negatives AFTER I ordered . if I'd of read before I wouldn't of bothered
Came in 3 days and looks amazing tags the lot
