I placed my order on the 12th August with an estimated delivery date of the 24th august. I have checked my order status multiple times and it has still not changed from processing. I called them up last week and chase my order up and was told that due to issues with the logistics team that it would be dispatched on the 22nd August. I have called up on the 22nd after seeing no update on the order and have now been told it will be late next week if not the week after that my item will be shipped.

Very poor customer service and poor experience! Would not recommend!

Order should have been dispatched on 16th August and delivered 22nd August. Order still processing with no sign of dispatch.

Rang customer services who answered relatively quick (15 minutes). They were actually very honest and could tell how disappointed they are with the service. Advised that they should have moved to a new warehouse in April but actually only just moved and nothing is working. She was annoyed that they have moved during the busiest time (start of football season) and was honest with the fact that it is thousands of orders affected and no idea when I can expect my order.

Very frustrating for me as a customer and her as a customer facing employee who has to suffer daily abuse for the failure of the business.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered the new Villa shirt with printing, took 3 weeks to arrive and they sent out a kids shirt and not an adult. Sent emails and made calls and basically they could not care less. Want the wrong shirt returning and still haven’t sent me out the replacement yet. I’ve had issues with them in the past but this is getting absolutely ridiculous with them now. They are a disgusting company to deal with. Avoid using them.

For the second time completely let down by this company. Ordered and paid for a shirt - promised delivery 4/8 - despite 9 emails chasing my delivery nothing until today to tell me they cancelled the order and I will be refunded. Disgraceful service. Should have realized last year when a product ordered mid October finally arrived Christmas Eve. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - UNTRUSTWORTHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT.

Absolutely useless, no delivery, why big clubs and the NFL are using these cowboys is beyond belief, refuse to communicate and no updates, just processing, absolute disgrace and just don’t care.
Now the website does not recognise their own customer number they sent with confirmation.

Ordered two Millwall kits on 2nd of agugust to treat my self for festivals and being a big fan of the team paid next day delivery waited 7 days then complained was sent 25% off and told I’d be given free shipping then waited another 2 days no shipping’s then sent another 10% discount voucher with no refunded sh%% as of yet and now still 0 tracking just sh** discount codes never will use again

I bought 6 shirts for 400 pounds, and these scammers didn’t do the delivery and never answer any of my e-mails. It feels like this is a joke, they don’t even bother on giving the money back!!!

I brought two football kits for my sons birthdays which are next week ordered end of July express delivery I have been sent the socks but everything’s else is still processing tried chat never any one available tried emailing customer service nothing I have brought from kitbag for years and never had an issue! Terrible customer service and £200 of kit no where to be seen!!!!

... shocking customer service. Waste time with a chat bot to then find there are no agents available.
Nightmare getting past the IVR system on the phone to be told I'm in a queue of 30 secs.
Still here 10 mins later to get a refund for an item still in 'processing' after ordering 4 weeks ago

Ordered an item priced at £35, only to receive an email weeks later that my order had been cancelled at my request despite no such request being made. When I went to reorder the price had miraculously increased to £105! Clearly more interested in ripping off customers than honouring orders that have already been placed. Will definitely not use again!

Awful Awful Awful. Order processing fine, quick enough to take my money for the product, item came all good, good quality. Far too big though, trying to send back was the issue. Tried to use the online service, my order number wasn't recognised, managed to find a phone number to then be told my order number was different as it came from the US, I'd no idea. I then had to pay to send the item back which is non refundable. Item went back, It's now 1 month since it was received back and I had confirmation of 10days for my refund. Numbers seem to have been removed, I've emailed customer services and that is being ignored too. Terrible customer experience. Will never use Fanatics again.

As stated previously be careful if you are ordering via your club website as you are actually ordering direct from fanatics. Club web site was charging delivery at the time and fanatics was not. The returns policy states you can refund up to 90 days but you have to pay for the return postage etc which costs more than any original delivery costs, this is not refundable .
You are only able to see this information once you have an order number.There is no method to cancel your order once placed.

Hmmm bit of a mixed bag. Relatively decent selection but compared to the main Fanatics site in USA, it’s nowhere near as comprehensive. The more popular teams have hundreds of items for selection whilst other teams can have literally 10 items to choose from. I’d like much more items available to purchase.

Some items are massively overpriced, yet some are bargains when on sale.

I’d like to see an option to register your favourite teams so that you get a more tailored experience re: notifications. I’d also really like to see a personalised wish list option so that you can save items that take your fancy to purchase later.

The USA site uses a Fan cash service where you can gain points and money off vouchers the more orders you make. Why can’t we have that on the international site?

In short, definitely major room for improvement required.

Still waiting four months on for an order was promised it would be sent out on the 31st July and still haven't heard anything. Have emailed the complaints team who have ignored my emails. Stated time and time again this company is effecting my mental health that I suffer with but they do not seem to care. Been buying WWE t-shirts for over 20 years from the site from now on I'll just stick to buying replicas from wish.com and Ali express for half the price. At least if you pay them they will actually arrive

Item arrived much earlier than the expected date and was as described. Expected to be delivered in a month, it arrived in 2 weeks. I was initially concerned about whether it would arrive as I read these reviews after I made the purchase. Can’t fault the service

At the risk of sounding like a broken record alongside what looks like the same reviews for this company. I ordered a product which stated 2 available online at the time of purchase. Utter BS!! The item wasn’t in stock and continues to be out of stock 2 weeks later. Tried fobbing me off with a 10% voucher off my next order. There wont be a next order, I wouldn’t let them benefit from anymore of my funds. Garbage company.

Id be cautious dealing with this company They make you think you are buying from your club. while i received the shirt ok i then got a text asking for a review. which i did. then i get message from my phone company telling me i have been charged for International texts.
When i complained to Fanatics they did not want to know, iwont deal with them again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Preordered a T-shirt for a present for my dad. The dispatch date came and went. Gave it 3 weeks before I sent them a message to chase. Then a week and a half of someone on Facebook just telling me they have no idea what’s happening with my order and they’ll let me know when they have more information. Then I suddenly get an email saying my order has been cancelled all together as they can’t fulfil it. This is about 2 months after I ordered it. And they had the cheek to offer me a ‘limited time’ discount code like I would ever bother to shop with them again after this disaster.
