Great product and pricing, my only concern is the shipping, which unfortunately must pass thru Memphis where I lost a package once.
Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend...!

Quality of products is consistently good. Service and communication are almost always reliable. Prices are as good or better than any out there. Most vendors offer free basic shipping on orders that exceed some minimum dollar amount, but all orders ship free here, regardless of cost.

I have been a customer for many months now. They consistently have high quality products and fast and reliable shipping. There have been a few hiccups with shipping because of UPS and USPS but that's not the fault of Fantiastic. They reply to customer service emails usually within a few hours or sometimes they reply a lot sooner than that. Even after unexpected events a few weeks back they kept me informed by emailing me about the incident. They are my first choice for any tia products especially free acid.

Consistently quality product from Fantiastic. Shipping has been an issue at times with orders going out late but I believe the primary reason shipping gets slow is because of UPS. Communication has been good with customer service as well. Thanks you for all your hard work!!!

I placed first order it went great, had a tracking # within mins of sending my zelle. Second order there was some personal issues on her end that I questioned, however it also went smooth once again. Used the 1-2 day shipping order said it would make it to me in 2 days than changed to 3 days but it actually came faster. Product is good and communication as well.

I'm leaving this review in regards to the last 2 no response reviews. I've ordered from here quite a few times and they are always responsive and ship asap. When I got no response for payment confirmation I knew something was wrong and hoped the business owner was OK as I knew this had nothing to do with being a scam and sure enough she got hurt in a car accident. She worked Thursday and made sure all our packages got out which is impressive. My luck which was out of her control the package was late due to ups having a late flight but thats out of her control. Always prompt, and never had an issue. Some people are just not nice when things don't go exactly perfect and an issue our of their control causes delays. Will buy again and continue using this company!! 5 stars!!

I have ordered 27 times from Fantiastic and my 28th is on the way. This is the first and only site I’ve used ordering Tia online and I’ll never order from anywhere else. Very happy with the product and their customer service is on point. Don’t listen to the negative reviews.
